How to raise a Complaint

If you are not satisfied with the service The Basingstoke and North Hampshire NHS Foundation Trust provides then you can raise a complaint to help us solve the problem, by filling in the form below.

All they require is your name, email address and phone number (So The The Basingstoke and North Hampshire NHS Foundation Trust can get back to you about your complaint) and your complaint.

None of the information will be published on the site or be used for any other purpose than dealing with a complaint.

Once you have completed the form, please click the “Submit Complaint” button. Then you will receive an email confirming your complaint and they will try to get back to you within 5 working days. If however you do not hear from The The Basingstoke and North Hampshire NHS Foundation Trust within 5 working days you can escalate your complaint.
