Make a Nomination
Before you nominate Mytime Active for a WOW! Award there are just 3 criteria that must be met:-
1. The nomination has to be something that makes people go 'WOW!' due to first class customer service.
2. The nomination needs to be about a recent experience not something that took place a year ago.
3. It must be about a genuine experience, something that has happened to you personally.
To nominate someone for a WOW! Award, please fill in the form below.
All we require is your name, email address and phone number, so we can confirm your nomination and let you know if we get an award, and finally the reason for nominating them for this award.
