Channel Advantage held a training sessions prior to the lauch of sales team on behalf of my client Sonos. There were in excess of 45 delegates with training held in multiple locations within the building.The training we held was a great success and this is thanks in no small part to the help and support of Phillipa and Ruth on the front desk. Both were very helpful and courteous and did a great job.Although we encountered some issuses during the day both Ruth & Phillipa rose to the occasion with the proffesionalism and courtesy whichis a hallmark to their dedication. When support is given in the calm and firendly manner they displayed it almost seems effortless however I know that both of them worked very hard towards the success of the day. My client was present on the day and described the whole day as "slick".In short I couldnt have done it without them. Thank you for a job well done!

I needed a meeting room set up for a very important client meeting, and when speaking to Aggy about really wanting to impress our client he suggested using an office on one of the higher floors in our building to get nice views of Richmond and lots of natural daylight into the room (which the buildings meeting rooms cant provide as theyre located in the basement).Aggy organised internet connections, a projector for the presentations, food and drink and made sure the room looked fantastic and was well attended all day.The meeting went really well and our client was delighted with the room and specifically mentioned how nice it had been in there - and that was all thanks to Aggy and his dedication to professional service and customer satisfaction.

We had a delightful experience at MWB King St, Manchester when holding our mini conference there. This nomination really goes to the entire team of Hayley, Hannah, Shabbana and Laura as they all contributed to a first class experience in which we felt loved, well served and highly valued. Throughout our journey with MWB different team members took charge, Intitially through Hannah and Hayley in setting up the arrangements and on arrival the whole team. They are highly competent at looking after the small, important details and nothing we asked for was too much trouble. Most of all I liked the very human side they gave us in their service style. A natural flow rather than a formulaic process you might find elsewhere. We left feeling like wed be welcomed back as old friends next time!

We used the Canary Wharf venue for one of our training events. It is a wonderful venue with spectacular views and nice big rooms for training purposes. JJ was very helpful, and made a good initial impresssion. She was there to welcome us, and introduced us to other staff who were there to help. All staff in general operate with a smart and professional manner. Would definitely recommend MWB to anyone requiring a good training space.

Tammy was covering the building Manager at Basil Street while she was on Holiday for 2 weeks. Despite having no previous knowledge of this particular building she adapted very quickly being efficient, friendly, and making sure that our office move was managed smoothly. On September 24, my client URS Corporation hosted a high-level luncheon for their chairman, board of directors and executives that included a presentation by their client, Crossrail. I was the U.S. event planner who worked with Mark Behr and his colleagues for two months on this very demanding event. Mark was a professional of the highest caliber and a joy to work with. The event had many components that required precise planning; every request made to Mark and his colleagues was handled with efficiency and accuracy.The planning process included designing an elaborate bespoke menu, advising on specialty linens and decor, and providing required equipment for a confidential presentation. In addition, Mark served as a liaison with the URS security personnel in order to prearrange clearances to enter 25 Canada complex. I believe that Mark Bahr exhibits the characteristics that define great professionalism; knowledge, competency, accountability, and image, and I would like to nominate him for the WOW Award.

This great sucess was a team work, and with no doubts, Ana Slikta and her team are part of it. I have been on a really strict diet where the only food I can eat is in powdered form. Part of the diet working is that I drink 3 litres of water a day but I was finding it so hard as I hate water. Karen made sure that I had a bottle of water and a glass on my desk every day before I came in and encouraged me all the time to stick to the diet as it was essential for my health. She has become the face of Milton keynes MWB always positive, polite, smiling and great spirit. She is an assett to the Milton Keynes team and this is why I feel she needs to be nominated. The day before my first ever visit to Leeds and MWB, I telephoned to establish location and parking arrangements. I arrived at the car park barrier on 25th Sept 12 (following Julies excellent instructions) spoke to security via intercom who knew of my arrival, advised where to park and where to attend. Julie met me at MWB Reception led me to my training room, set up the room, coffee tea & biscuits, explained the fire actions, etc. WOW. I delivered a 3 day training course at MWB Leeds and Julie was just brilliant. Please thank her - WOW

She is always extremely welcoming and friendly and quite frankly brightens up my day, every day!On top of her usual day job, which is always performed with an excellent professional attitude, Coral was particularly kind and caring when I had suffered a serious nosebleed in June. Within minutes of it occuring Coral had rushed upstairs to bring me various medical provisions to help. Not only this, she had actually gone to the time and effort to scrape ice from the inside of one of the buildings fridge freezers for me to help reduce any swelling.Despite this being completely outside of her remit Coral did this without question and with a smile on her face (apart from the concerned expression of fear because of the amount of blood)!Corals help was greatly appreciated and this is an excellent example of her brillaint personality and how much she cares for her colleagues and clients.Thank you.

Betty overheard my tail of woe about a brand new suit getting stained at a trade show and that recent trips to the dry cleaner had proven unsuccessful in removing it.She suggested she knew a great dry cleaner local to where she lived and 4 days later I received the suit back minus the stain!Betty went way beyond the call of duty and I am extremely grateful to her for that.
