Another great service for a VIP meeting. On Thursday we hosted a board meeting for the Institute of Internal Communications (IoIC) - with a short turnaround the room was prepared in the exact way I wanted and my guests received a warm welcome from Lauren and Emily. It is reassuring to have Ryan on site with his IT knowledge; he is always happy to help and manages to sort out those IT gremlins promptly and cheerfully. Another well done to the Fitzrovia Team - including Rif and Charlotte.

Andrea Byrne is quite simply, a wonderful person. She works tirelessly on Reception helping everyone with their specific needs and requirements. Nothing is too much trouble for Andrea who displays all the virtues of an employee who should go all the way to the top. In a service business the adage "the customer is king" certainly applies. Andrea applies this principle to her work and absolutely everyone in this building would agree that she is worthy of this nomination. My only regret is that I have not done this sooner.

We held a staff meeting on Sat 17th November. Natalie volunteered to work so that our needs were managed. She arrived early. Managed everything and left late! Importantly Natalie blended in with her incredible efficiency and enthusiasm. She always has a smile on her face and absolutely nothing is too much trouble. Whilst congratulating Natalie on her "performance" last Saturday I have to add that she is an outstanding representative for your business every day. Last week we had an important client meeting in Goodge room. Ryan and the team prepared the room just the way I wanted. Ryan was also on hand to help with the connection to the LCD monitor. Our client received a warm welcome from Lauren and Emily and left with an impression of professionalism and hospitality. This reflects well not just on our business but on MWB too. 28001. Antoinette Byfield - Chandos Place
I had an emergency operation for a detached retina on 30 October and found myself after the op (circa noon) not allowed to leave the hospital to return home without an escort. My family were abroad, so in my moment of need I appealed for help from Antoinette Bayfield, then Assistant Manager of the Chandos Place serviced offices building to which my company Bertoli Mitchell is affiliated.To my relief and gratitude, 10 minutes later Antoinette swept into the Eye Department on the 8 th Floor of St. Thomas Hospital, Westminster, having given up her lunch appointment to usher me into a taxi, then guide me into a train at Charing Cross which took me to where a relative could see me home. All this was done with a good humour and eagerness to help attutude which typifies Antoinette and the staff around her at MWB s Chandos Place facility.

Paddington MWB Staff Hi Izabela,Today is my last day with PharmaGenesis. I have accepted a job much closer to home and I wanted to email to say thank you for all of your help and support whilst I have been here. The MWB staff are all really fantastic. Not to detract from anyone, I would like to give a particular mention to Cristina and Nick who have both been exceptional. Cristina is always friendly and welcoming, very helpful and knowledgeable. When I requested a meeting room on a day that MWB Paddington was full she started looking for alternatives without me asking which I was really grateful for. She has been so supportive during my time here and I cannot begin to give her enough praise for everything she has done. She has helped me with getting keys and swipe cards, meeting rooms, with the fire evacuation procedure, to mention but a few! I am always pleased to speak with her as she knows about every process and I know that she will always be able to help me. It is also really nice to be greeted by such a smiley friendly face in the mornings! I will miss her! Nick is also always smiling and upbeat which is infectious. He was incredibly helpful when we moved offices and didnt once complain (at least not that I saw!) about being asked to move the furniture in the office a million times! He always said it was no problem and seemed really happy to do it which was really appreciated. He has also helped me with posting important documents abroad and always says hello when I see him around the offices. He is an asset and it has been a pleasure knowing him. I hope you will pass my thanks onto both Cristina and Nick. Thank you also for all your help with the office move. I really appreciated you taking the time out to show me around and for being so helpful and flexible at getting everything completed in time for us to move in. We have been involved with a number of serviced office buildings in London and the our stay at MWB has easily been the best experience. The service and staff commitment at MWB have been absolutely fantastic. The team at MWB Paddington have always been extremely helpful in addressing our requests (whether it be printing, scanning, copying, reserving rooms, helping with telecom, etc.) and have always delivered prompt /quality service, for which we are most grateful. The front desk team are always very friendly and their energy and smiles always make the day a bit brighter. Also, the cleaning staff are very friendly, respectful, and do an excellent job with our space. Last, Izabela has handled our urgent requests quickly and has done a great job making of making our team feel welcome on the floor. On 25th October 2012 Lauren and the entire Fitzrovia team (Ryan, Saira, Rif and Emily) bent over backwards to help us meet an improbable same day deadline for a huge pan-regional fulfilment campaign. This involved: sourcing of packaging materials; hands on labelling, SKU sorting and packing (cross-referencing for duplications); franking of over 120 domestic packages; completion of over 200 FedEx airway bills; handling delivery queries from FedEx. A monumental effort which demonstrated a can-do, customer-centric attitude from a team who we really enjoy working with.

Ed met me very early (about 07:20) outside the Oxford Street Offices, and (after requesting identification) let me in to the rooms that had been hired for me, and did all he could to get my meeting off the ground. He attended to my needs (my meeting started at 08:00) before going about his other duties. Had he not showed such flexibility and customer awareness and desire to solve his customers needs, my meetng would not have started on time, and we could have potentially have run an hour late. This would have inconvenienced us, but would have made our internal customers upset and confused.And he has just come back to see me (at 16:00) to see if he needs to be here early again tomorrow, when we have a similar event. Excellent customer service - doing much more than the minimum required - and thinking ahead to my needs.
