I would like to Nominate Andrea for the WOW awards due to the recent help we received when moving office within the building at the end of February 2013. Andrea helped with the move and made this from what we thought was going to a nightmare into something very simple. Andrea reassured us throughout the move and made sure we were back up and running without any delays/disruptions. On a seperate note too Andrea also helped recover some items of setimental value during the move in which I thought had been lost. Thanks very much Andrea a great help as always.

I would like to nominate the whole of the MWB team at Victoria who helped out with The WOW! Awards event on 11th February. Everyone who I spoke to including the lady who showed me the fire exit and the lady on the reception desk were just fantastic with their helpful and friendly manner. Everything was laid out perfectly on the day and I wasnt left needing anything. The buffet that was prepared was fantastic and lots of our customers told us how delicious it was. All of the organisation prior to event was great, so thanks again to Bradley and Alexandra! I am already looking forward to holding another event, just so I can have it at MWB Victoria! :)

I would like to nominate the MWB Milton Keynes team for a WOW! Award. The manager Sarah Bruce, assistant manager Alistair Ganiza and the team consisting of Karen, Richard and Jo are extremely hard-working, efficient, and personable. Visitors are received with care and attention. Telephone callers are treated with respect even if at times some of them may be difficult to deal with! Their cheeriness is infectious and I cannot praise them highly enough.

I have twice now encountered Ed and both times his service has been brilliant . The first occasion I was running a course and had technical problems. Ed spent time sorting it out and really saved the day for me. This week he was great, responsive to requests and kind, charming and courteous throughout. He is an asset to you.

I was wowwed. It was a lovely experience. We appreciated the tea and coffee and the friendliness and courtesy of all the team. It really was one of the best venues Ive trained at.

Chuks has been great helping us set up our new offices during very challenging times. Nothing is ever too much to ask and when there is a problem he would go the extra mile to help me sort it out, whether it is mail, IT, phones, anything.He always help with a huge, friendly smile on his face even though he is often runm off his feet with customer queries.I gladly nominate Chuks Madu.

Having worked in many serviced offices over the years and dealt with many different Centre Managers I have to say in Amina you have a true professional. She is always going out of her way to make sure her clients are happy, she remembers every little detail about her clients and she always makes herself approachable no matter how important something is.One point in particular that I have noticed about Aminas recent achievements is that after a number of the Reception/Admin staff left, she was able to rebuild the team with new hires and existing hires and keep a true professional service going during this time. Her team which includes Marcia, Danielle and Marjan are all excellent, every one of them deserves a mention as well for all their efforts.This is the first time I have worked in a serviced office where I feel like I am wanted here and my business is important to MWB.So well done to Amina cause she has been able to really make a difference.

Shani was excellent and so helpful to us. We had a film project where we used MWB offices for some of our locations. We were quite a handful and particularly demanding compared to the rest of the tennants (i imagine) Shani was great and very accommodating and went the extra mile, even when I phoned up out of hours in a panic!!!

I would like to nominate Jose for his exceptional customer service I have received from him during my event last Thursday. He has been extremely helpful and flexible to accommodate my and my clients every requirement.

Anna and her team work tirelessly to provide excellent Customer Service l need their assistance quite regularly due to internet problems or for taking detailed messages for me when l am teaching and cannot take calls. They are all wonderful, nothing is tooooo much trouble for them. They consistently deliver a wonderful service, be it helping me with my recycling or allowing me to use the reception area for my waiting students. Fab girls, would be lost with out them

For always assisting me when I am on my own in the office and ensuring that our courier delivery is collected if he arrives outside of our office hours. Thank You Ladies xxxx

Mags is an outstanding employee who constantly goes beyond the call of duty to help out and ensure that everything is running perfectly... nothing is too much effort and no request is ever too difficult.

It has been an absolute pleasure to come in every day and see your smiling faces (even if you don’t think you smile often, you do) particularly as I know we gave you a few headaches whilst we were there (parking, printing, nicking things out of raffle prizes etc) You did everything you could to help us and apart from being a credit to the company you work for, you are lovely people anyway. The new office space is lovely but it is definitely missing what I see as two members of our team.

Continually providing exceptional support when requested and voluntry - Always has a exceptional manners - in total just generally outstanding service.

Alistair had been very helpful when we had some issues with a few bits in our office we rent from MWB and he came and sorted it the same day. The whole team are brilliant and all really deserve a wow award from me at the moment as they have all been very helpful.

Roxy, Mariana and Kingsley displayed excellent customer service skills and was extremely helpful when i was in a spot of bother. They catered to everything we could throw at them and are certainly a great asset to the MWB Exhange.

I just would like to tell you how lovely and friendly the MWB team is at 18 Soho Square. Monica, Michael, Ruby and the rest of the team, as well as the people that were working as temps during the month of December are very friendly. The days that I came in early and the door to our offices was still locked, Monica and Ruby opened the office for me without hesitation. It is a very nice environment to work at.

Chuks responds immediately and, so far, has succeeded in fixing all of my problems promptly. He is polite and professional and efficient.He makes an excellent ambassador for MWB.

I would like to put forward a nomination for Rif due to his patience and tenacity when it comes to resloving the issues EDF have experienced at 85 TCR. The last issue resolved by Rif involved the exchange of some fan heaters that are illegal on all EDF sites for health and safey reasons for some oil heaters that are considered a safer way to heat office space. Other examples of how Rifs assistance has been instrumental in the solution include the heating/aircon issues, audit document compilation, maintenance turnaround times and tailored arrangements for EDF booking meeting space with MWB. Nothing is too much trouble for Rif and I personally am very grateful for his consistent level of attention and support offered to me and EDF as an organisation.

Due to the terrible snow we had on Friday, 18th Jan 2013 I was unable to get into work. We are a medical company and it is imperative that someone is in the office at all times. I phoned Chris and he arranged for phones to be transferred to my home number and also took down all messages (approx 9) and relayed them to me at home so that I could deal with them. I would have had to go in at the weekend otherwise! the day ran very smoothly. all the staff at Atlantic House are very helpful.

Khermony and Kingsley carried 3 filing cabinets to our office on the 7th floor whne the courier delivering them refused to help. we are really thankful to them as they went out of their way to help us out.

I would like to nominate Stuart Jenkins of MWB Richmond for a WOW award. Stuart is a fantastic manager and manages his team extremely well. He is helpful, friendly and always willing to go that extra mile to provide a first class service. The team at Richmond work well due to his great leadership. An absolute asset to Richmond.

I would like to nominate Joe for all-round wowness recognition. Since moving across to this building 6 weeks ago Joe has been a delight to work with - ever helpful, polite, knowledgeable, going out of his way to assist in any way possible. He is an amazing employee and a credit to his company. Congratulations MWB - you have an ace employee who is a complete asset and he should be proud of his work and achievements.

Edvardas always goes above and beyond his job requirements. He is always polite, extremely professional and goes the extra mile in helping us on a day to day basis. Clients who have been in to see us have commented on the "smart" and "professional" service that they have experienced too and this makes us very proud to be in this office block. I know that he has another weekend job and works extremely hard every week, but he maintains a friendly and professional exterior that is testament to his professionalism and passion for customer service.

Andrea has been a big help to us since we moved in to the centre. Nothing is to much trouble, this week she has been under desks and in server rooms helping to set up new internet connections. She is extremely professional when answering and forwarding calls which helps to set the correct image.

Natalie is extremely friendly and warm and always has time for a quick chat. This helps to present our company in the correct way as her warmth and enthusiasm comes across to our clients and visitors. A key client for our business recently commented on how pleasant " our Reception Team are "

I would like to nominate Nerys for the excellent customer service she has given us over the last couple of months.Nerys has sorted out various issues quickly and effectively and is always friendly and polite, whilst maintaining a helpful can do attitude.

I met Dell at your Bryanston Street Marble Arch branch . He was charming and helpful at all times. I lost my glasses at the end of the day and he went out of his way to reassure me and then took the time to track them down. A smashing guy - pleasure to work with !

I would like to nominate the whole team at MWB Hays Lane for providing excellent customer service, being very efficent, punctual and very helpful and friendly. I had several meetings in this building and although the team was very busy, they ensured that the service they provided to each area of the business was done to the highest of standards. From the room set up/clear up, to refreshments, as well as dealing with building managment issues on the working floors. Super team, great service!

Sara Bruce is the manager of the centre at Milton Keynes and is always professional, friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for her or her subordinates. She is an extremely good man manager and has an enthusiastic team, she leads by example and is always supportive and patient with her staff members.She is held in very high esteem by all of her clients and promotes there businesses when ever possible.

I first met JJ was when we moved into our new office at MWB 7 weeks ago and she immediately impressed me with her warm and heartfelt welcome that put me at ease in an unfamiliar environment. Inevitably there are teething problems during our setting up and JJ has always beening there providing down to earth and exceptional assistance and solution in a professional and conscientious manner. Her enthusiasm and positive attitude have been consistant that, in my opinion, proved she is a valuable asset of MWB. I have no reservation on nominating her for the WOW! award.

JJ has always provided excellent service for GC Markets, any requirements we have needed have always been dealt with straight away. Very professional and a lovely personality.

Adam has always provided excellent service for GC Markets, in particular he was most helpful with our move into a larger office. The move went very well and he went the extra mile to accomodate our needs.

I work with a company which rents office space from MWB. Whitehall Quay Leeds. 10 years ago I came for my job interview for Atos UK and Julie was my first point of contact. She impressed me then with her courtesy and warmth, so when I was started it was nice to know she would be there to greet me. My role as Office Manager means I liaise between my company and MWB for any administration issues on a daily basis. There are no specific examples because her performance is constantly good. She will always goes the extra mile to assist me and my colleagues. The MWB team are all exemplary but to me Julie is the face of MWB Leeds

Both Clear Cut and our clients have thoroughly enjoyed our 3 months working with MWB. I cant emphasise enough how well Rubeena, Michael, Charlene and Sophie have succeeded in making 18 Soho Square a welcoming and smooth-running environment. Whether its been helping us with access to the Comms room, supporting us as we prepare for viewings or working out ways to cope with over-running projects, the team has been supportive throughout. Challenged with an increasing number of regular attendees at meetings I asked for assistance with exploring alternative room layouts which gave all attendees both a view of the presentation area and access to a surface to lean on when taking notes. Ryan experimented with the different furniture layouts and came up with someting that worked perfectly and was much appreciated.

Charlotte Green - Tottenham Court RoadCharlotte has been exceptionally helpful in meeting our office needs. We have needed flexibility over the last month and Charlotte has been able to meet our expectations as well as provide us with the assistance we needed to manage change during a challenging period. Charlotte always makes herself available when we need to speak to her, responds promptly and efficiently to requests for information and is professional, welcoming and friendly.

Ada and Christina have gone to what I consider to be extraordinary lengths to proactively facilitate a number of our events and help make them better than expected. They always deal highly with all our demands in a highly professional fashion. We got great feedback from our clients and prospects because of these individuals. We have a real wow experience from this team. We really hope they get a big Wow award!
