This month we moved into the Oxford MWB offices at John Eccles House. I would like to thank the team here for making what could have been a stressful experience a lot easier as well as welcoming us and making our offices of a few weeks feel like home already.Emily & April on reception are fantastic always cheery, welcoming & extremely helpful - they swiftly fixed things when we had issues with our phones, have already helped us with new stationary orders and have been there with a screwdriver or a spare fuse when it was required. Already in under a month theyve gone way beyond what our previous receptionists would have done. Gemma has also been great - from helping us with our office requirements pre move to fashion advice and guidance in finding a coat! As a team theyre unbeatable and Im glad we made the move here.

My nomination is not based on a single event but a sequence. Ive seen Nazia every day since I started working on the 4th Floor in November 2012. I have always found her to be warm and welcoming, pleasant and really helpful. Anybody can be nice for a day but being nice everyday is impressive and speaks volumes of the individual and the organization as a whole. I would like to mention Mel as all the above applies to her as well.

I would like to nominate Julia for going out of her way to support me on the 14th of February. On that day we had a professional photographer on site to take pics of our staff for our updated website/brochure. One of the persons from our company that was supposed to assist us during the shooting was unable to come and informed us very late about this. I didnt have many alternatives and I asked Julia if she could help us (with a very short notice!) during the shooting for 10 minutes and her immediate reaction was very positive and supportive. She definitely made things easier for me and my staff on that day and made that extra effort (outside her "obligations" to us) that makes such a difference and makes you feel welcome and delighted to work in an office environment with people like Julia.

Monday 18th Feb - I urgently needed a Gantt chart printed on A3 paper. I was just about to go to the shops but thought it might be worth asking at reception if anyone could help. Not only was Ernest able to print the document (with some difficulty as the doc was not initially recognised by the pc) he also suggested a way that we could print it with our company logo in the header as I had hoped. For this particular event on the 14 Feb, we changed our minds on what our requirements were etc and Aggy totally took control and made it work for us in view of constraints within the facility itself. I would like to say what a credit the South team are to MWB. We recently moved from South to King St, after being at the site for over 6 years. During the move (early January 2013) we had help, advice and hands on support from all the team. Managed by Catherine Carden, the team is an absolute credit to the group and they deserve some recognition for this. In the 6 years at the site, we had no issues of any significance and to be honest, it was sad to leave.

I would like to recommend Hannah Irwin from MWB Business Exchange for a WOW award because of her excellent customer service. I used the large meeting room at Imperial House, Bury yesterday for a members meeting, we had approx 20 people in attendance and all were made to feel very comfortable. The preparation for the meeting was professionally handled by Hannah who ensured that all our needs were met, from the IT equipment required down to refreshments and even the stationery. My members also commented on the fantastic facilities and large, bright comfortable room. As my members are all local businesses we asked if Juliette the centre manager would like to say a few words about MWB Business Exchange and as Juliette was occupied with a client Hannah stepped in at the last minute and did a very professional 5 minute presentation to the room. Although relatively new to her role Hannah represented MWB with the utmost professionalism and her enthusiasm was contagious. An asset to the business and a pleasure to deal with.

I would like to nominate the whole of the MWB team at Victoria who helped out with The WOW! Awards event on 11th February. Everyone who I spoke to including the lady who showed me the fire exit and the lady on the reception desk were just fantastic with their helpful and friendly manner. Everything was laid out perfectly on the day and I wasnt left needing anything. The buffet that was prepared was fantastic and lots of our customers told us how delicious it was. All of the organisation prior to event was great, so thanks again to Bradley and Alexandra! I am already looking forward to holding another event, just so I can have it at MWB Victoria! :)

I would like to nominate the MWB Milton Keynes team for a WOW! Award. The manager Sarah Bruce, assistant manager Alistair Ganiza and the team consisting of Karen, Richard and Jo are extremely hard-working, efficient, and personable. Visitors are received with care and attention. Telephone callers are treated with respect even if at times some of them may be difficult to deal with! Their cheeriness is infectious and I cannot praise them highly enough.

Having worked in many serviced offices over the years and dealt with many different Centre Managers I have to say in Amina you have a true professional. She is always going out of her way to make sure her clients are happy, she remembers every little detail about her clients and she always makes herself approachable no matter how important something is.One point in particular that I have noticed about Aminas recent achievements is that after a number of the Reception/Admin staff left, she was able to rebuild the team with new hires and existing hires and keep a true professional service going during this time. Her team which includes Marcia, Danielle and Marjan are all excellent, every one of them deserves a mention as well for all their efforts.This is the first time I have worked in a serviced office where I feel like I am wanted here and my business is important to MWB.So well done to Amina cause she has been able to really make a difference.

I would like to put forward a nomination for Rif due to his patience and tenacity when it comes to resloving the issues EDF have experienced at 85 TCR. The last issue resolved by Rif involved the exchange of some fan heaters that are illegal on all EDF sites for health and safey reasons for some oil heaters that are considered a safer way to heat office space. Other examples of how Rifs assistance has been instrumental in the solution include the heating/aircon issues, audit document compilation, maintenance turnaround times and tailored arrangements for EDF booking meeting space with MWB. Nothing is too much trouble for Rif and I personally am very grateful for his consistent level of attention and support offered to me and EDF as an organisation.

Due to the terrible snow we had on Friday, 18th Jan 2013 I was unable to get into work. We are a medical company and it is imperative that someone is in the office at all times. I phoned Chris and he arranged for phones to be transferred to my home number and also took down all messages (approx 9) and relayed them to me at home so that I could deal with them. I would have had to go in at the weekend otherwise! the day ran very smoothly. all the staff at Atlantic House are very helpful.

Clients who have been in to see us have commented on the "smart" and "professional" service that they have experienced too and this makes us very proud to be in this office block. I know that he has another weekend job and works extremely hard every week, but he maintains a friendly and professional exterior that is testament to his professionalism and passion for customer service.
