Claudia, Nazia and Glen sprang into action at very short notice to help us run a very important assessment day. They opened up Reception early for our guests and kept them fed, watered and happy throughout the day. Their immense professionalism and can-do attitude helped us host the day without a hitch. I'd like to thank Nazia especially for coming in early, as we've since learned that personal commitments make that a particularly demanding request for her. I wanted to have a couple of whiteboards installed in our new office. To save us the expense of buying new ones, Cheryl offered me some from previous customers. Nicola then took me to their storage area and let me choose a couple. As I was not sure of their sizes, Nicola went back and measured them for me. She also had them installed in the office. Once installed, she was a bit sorry that they needed cleaning. Cheryl and her team at MWB always go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service, and they always do it with a smile.

Its very difficult to single out one person from our support team at Cavendish Square who deserves more praise than anyone else. We moved in recently and have had interaction with all members of Maria's team and each of them was equally helpful in making our move-in a very positive experience. We're glad we chose this center for the building and now we're very happy we made the right decision based on the services from the people from MWB.

All of the centre staff have been extremely helpful and have gone above and beyond during my year in the offices. I especially think that the reception staff Coral, Julia and Lisa have been not only efficient but helpful and have very pleasant demeanours in everything that they do for us, the first impressions our clients get when visiting us are very important. I also want to say a big thanks to Betty and Hannah as they are able to deal with any situation with speed and efficiency. The team at Staines are wonderful and as a customer I would feel happy to recommend people to use the centre.

Jacqui performs at a consistently high level, especially when dealing with our customers and visitors. She's able to take initiative and sort arrangements with the absolute least amount of fuss and is 110% reliable...I'm very happy that Jacqui takes care of ALL our business arrangements, however complex. Whilst we all hope for service like this it is often very rare. Jacqui should be praised most especially for her management and leadership shown to her team members and she sets a very fine example of the MWB ethic. If this were a one-off then that in itself would be pretty good. Our meeting arrangements today were quite complex...a meeting of 4 companies, food allergies, drink preferences, specific room arrangement, etc All perfectly handled; no fuss; no repeat instructions required. However, with Jacqui this level of performance has existed for the 7 years that my company has been in the Milton Keynes centre. 4556. ALL THE RECEPTION AND BACK OFFICE STAFF
Since we started our business in November 2009, we have had wonderful support from all the staff. Nothing is too much trouble, and all the team maintain professionalism - but mix it with a cheerful and fun approach. When any questions or needs arise, they are quickly acted upon. It is truly noteworthy, that the attitude and positive atmosphere make going to work all the more light and enjoyable, which is something that often cannot be said for company owned / leased offices and their often battle weary staff. Lastly, it simply isn't possible or fair to recognise any one name above another, as all the team get 10 out of 10 from me.

Since moving into trident one in december 2009, I have been thoroughly bowled over by the professionalism, courtesy, friendliness and problem solving of all the Manchester team, but especially of these three. Moving business is always a difficult time, but having your team around me has made the whole process lots easier. Heather in particular has sorted out our comms issues quickly, has provided solutions and always with a smile on her face. Andrea has delt with our sometimes difficult customers on the phones, and both Andrea and Beth always have a cheery smile and a "good morning" for me whenever they see me. Having come from an office complex that does not have the benefit of such a proactive team I think that you should be very proud of your team here at Trident One. I had no hesitation in recommending your office premises to anyone being shown around, when I ran into some yesterday.

It is not easy establishing a satellite office from 5,000 miles away. Add to that setting up the office within a short time frame over the Christamas holidays; when staff and maintainance are on holiday or working shorter hours! But Katy Fowler was the best person we could have asked to ensure that we achieved our goals. It seemed that no request we had in setting up our MWB managed office--from telephones, painting to carpet cleaning was too much to ask. She was gracious and never without a smile! 2010 is a critical year for our organization. Our European office needed to be fully operational by January 6th 2010 to be ready to handle new business projects awarded to our company, and to support an important new international alliance partner, It is with great respect and many thanks that we recognize Katy for her efforts and ongoing support. She is an outstanding manager and makes us feel as though we are the only company of many that she has. Now that's a skill!

Starting a new job in a new location is always a daunting prospect, especially when it involves being a people manager for the first time, having to think about responsibilities around the office, be it the setting up of meetings, telehone/reception services or mundane things like efficient mail collection! It's fair to say that the MWB Team in Nottingham have really contributed towards making that step such an easy transition for me. By providing a really smooth and superbly professional facilities management customer service, I've been able to focus on my team's client needs. Making the right impression with a right first time attitude is a win-win situation for all. Frankly, over the past 6 months nothing has been too much trouble for any of the MWB team of Carolyn, Anna, Jacqueline, Lauren, Francis and Amy. Their pro-active and ultra-friendly approach is a credit to them (and their employers)!!! WOW!!! Wonderfully Organised Women!!!

On Friday22nd February Nottingham city centre was hit with a major power failure due to a fire at a city based sub station, this caused major disruption leaving 5ooo locations without power including major high streety stores and offices. Fire alarms were activated including MWB,Amy and Lauren supervised a smooth exit from the building of all the staff. As the power failure also compromised secruity into the building, they quickly ensured that access to the building was secure. They also kept everyone updated with the ongoing situation. Amphenol along with other companies decided to finish for the day,Amy and Lauren ensured we had safe access to our offices to collect our personell items prior to closing. All these actions were carried under difficult conditions in a very proffesional mannner with customer service at a very high level. with this in mind Staff At Amphenol would like to nomminate Amy and Lauren.

He helped me prepare documents that were desperately needed within a short time frame and which required a lot of time and attention to collate correctly, and also communicated my instructions onto the other staff when he left to ensure the task was completed correctly and on time. This I considered a big favour and was particularly outstanding customer service that stepped a level beyond the usual level of service which considered within itself has always been excellent. I would like to say a big thank you to Adam Calleja who recently assisted us when we were looking to move offices. We visited a significant number of offices around Mayfair and spoke to several different serviced office providers. Adam took us to see a number of MWB offices which we were very impressed with. Adam put forward an attractive proposal for the Berkeley St. property, which we were tempted to accept, but in the end we decided to go for an office with more space over the superior location and services provided at 1 Berkeley St. The service we received from Adam and his team was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and they stood out head and shoulders above the competition. Next time we move offices, Adam will definitely be the first person we call.
