This is really a nomination for a team on the front desk, the three on the reception who are always pleasant, but have perfected the balance of being professional and humourous at the same time. It makes it a pleasure to arrive into the office in the mornings, and we know our guests are treated suitably upon their arrival also. Cheers Guys, a job well done.

As an event management company we deal with a lot of venues nationwide and in truth often find it a grueling experience! But we have held 3 events at the MWB Exchange Victoria now and each time have found that it is not only painless but that my event team look forward to going back! Much of the credit must go to Bradley Cruz, our account manager who goes out of his way to meet our needs and whose open and friendly personality makes it a pleasure to work with him.

I started working in the Fitzrovia office in January this year. I love, love, love my reception team! Right from the start they have made me feel welcome and as though I am somebody important! ;) They never fail to put a smile on my face and will always bend over backwards to help me out if I ever need anything. I feel as though they are my friends as well as the most important part of the smooth running of the MWB building. Unfortunately our company is moving at the end of June and I shall miss them all so much - they make my life so much easier just by being there. I don't know what I'm going to do without them! We are new in the building and since moving in, it would be fair to say their were a few initial teething problems in respect to our phone systems and our unique preference as to how we wished it to be set up.. Sharon is our main point of contact within the building and since the set up of the phone system and various other requirements I can honestly say she has been nothing but helpful and allowed the whole process to be a smooth one. There were a few times we had to go back an alter the way our offices received / made calls and in some cases start again from scratch as the previous process didn't seem to be working as we would of hoped. Sharon didn't complain and was more than willing to amend any changes we required. I'm pleased to say the system is now set up to our specification and working well. This is our first experience of a managed building and so far it’s proving to be a pleasant one. Its customer service like the above mentioned that add to our pleasant experience. Big thanks to all of the staff here especially Sharon....

This nomination isnt something that took place a year ago, it is a nomination about an experience she delivers consistently all day, every day and we will most certainly miss her first class service now we have moved on.

I needed a training venue with only a couple of days notice, to run a weeks course from 12th - 16th April 2010. My 1st contact was with Kathryn who guaranteed & delivered all our IT requirements and class set up arrangements as requested, including things not usually used - i.e. audio speakers / magnetic boards. Nothing was too much trouble. I saw Clare on a day to day basis & she was always accommodating & friendly. She would meet our requirements every day & would change things about to suit us, that is things like refreshment venues & lunch. It is wonderful to have such a professional service from these ladies and a pleasure to have had the benefit of their service.
