Its difficult to single out one individual because what I really like about the team in Richmond is the way they gel together as a team. Its very rare that you get a team of people that complement each other so well and communicate with each other so effortlessly and effectively. They are always friendly, helpful, chatty and most importantly - always smiling. They really make the extra effort to make you feel as though your request is the most important request of the day - and Im sure they have a hundred other requests daily! The MWB processes are also flawless; if you ask for something - whether it falls within their remit or not - they are always willing and happy to help; and the job gets done. I have been in Parkshot House since 2005 and have found Jackie to be consistently helpful, thorough and cheerful. Over the past few months I have been having internet and computer problems that I have been unable to resolve - Jackie has worked very closely with my head office in Miami to ensure that the issues were resolved. She did this gracefully and with cheerfulness. Not once did she say "sorry not today" always she found the time help me. If it had not been for Jackie I would have been in a terrible mess. She is an asset to your organization and I am grateful that she is still working in the Richmond centre.

From the moment I made the enquiry in January 2010, to finally holding a course in September, Dominika has been attentive, supporting and doing everything she can to help us. She appears to be as committed to our success as we are! A rare trait indeed. During our course, the whole experience was first class, from escorting our delegates to the training room to the quality of the food served. It was all very good and reflects well on us in front of our customers who fed back that the venue was conveniently located for them and that the food was good - also quite rare! Dominika and her colleague Gavin were on duty during our weekend at MWB and were professional and courteous in the execution of their duties. I really am very impressed with the outstanding level of customer service Dominika consistently demonstrates. She is an asset - dont lose her!

Gavin moved our office over the weekend of the 25th and 26th September. I gave him minimal instructions, and he made sure that the office was perfectly replicated in the new office. He also made sure that the internet, telephones and printer were all properly set up. He has also just been very nice and helpful about the whole process.

She goes an extra mile and we are always happy with her support. Not once Ewa was the only person we could confidently leave things to do and not once she was the only one who would return calls to us! Ewa is always beautifully presented and communicates with everyone very professionally whilst being personable and warm. She has great working attitude, is pro active and takes responsibility for her work load. At the same time she is keen to fill in for her colleagues. We recently moved into offices at MWB, Milton Keynes and then a couple of months later moved into bigger offices that became available. Alistair commitment to customer happiness and satisfaction is/was second to none. He was there first thing on the monday morning helping us move all of our equipment and paperwork. He didnt leave until all our IT was working and that we were happy with everything. We had a few minor hiccups a few days after which he resolved instantly and all with a smile and charming demeanour. To be honest the whole team go out of their way to make sure that everyone is happy working out of their offices, they are all a great asset to MWB - in our opinion.

On Friday 27th August we held our first site visit at our offices (Cannon Street) for a potential client. Normally site visits are held at our head office in the Netherlands which hold over 900 of our employees so the pressure was on to impress (we only have 6 employees in London). Jheison was extremely helpful and everything was arranged as requested. Even when we made a few slight minute changes nothing seemed to be a problem. I would not hesitate to hold another site visit here. Also the previous day we held a trial run with the relevant employees of Mn, again I could not fault the customer service I received from both Jheison and Aymar. They both helped me set up the equipment and solved any technical issues we faced. They are both an asset to your team.

The meeting needed to impress 12 potential clients and involved a product demonstration. Jheison made sure everything was in working order so I did not have to worry about any possible technical gliches, which made my life a lot easier.

Having recently moved our training business from another provider to MWB Cavendish Square, we are all very happy with the refreshing and positive attitude of all staff at MWB. The training room is always ready to use and set up correctly without irritating adjustments. During the recent travel chaos (underground strike) i was unable to get to the office in Hammersmith from Charing Cross. I needed somewhere to operate from to contact clients and organise meetings. Melenda arranged a desk and office for me at MWB Duncannon Street. This was ideal as it was right opposite the main termini station that i use. On arriving at the office the service was great, the staff were all aware that i would be arriving, everything was very straightforward and the desk was ready - a seamless process! Thankyou to Melenda for arranging the desk and making it a hassle free afternoon!
