Maria Paladino is always positive as well as being professional and friendly. From setting up the office and with more staff joining us regularily, she has always been a calm and efficient in dealing with all our requests. Specifically - with managing our customers and visitors I can trust her to set up and manage meeting rooms even at the last minute or as well as look after them on their arrival. one instance she even managed to arrange an internal office space into a meeting room.

Nick Burnham is always very efficent and courteous. Always responding very quicly and with extra attention to detail without being asked to.. Specifically - a delivery had been sent Kingdom Street and it had been shipped in error to the Vodafone Post room in Paddington. They called but didnt leave a number or contact email. I spoke with Nick - and he promptly said that he would make enquiries internally adn he knew the post-room staff as well. In less than 10 minutes the package was in my hands!

Im more than happy with the service and support , that ive recieved from Kristy im willing to recommend her to anyone that wishes to accomodate an office with CEC as i know shell look after them as good as she has to me. Primacy had booked a training room for 25 November to hold a presentation to 20 people. The booking was confirmed from 12pm-5pm. When we turned up yesterday at 12pm, MWB didnt have any record of the booking on the system. Luckily I had my booking confirmation with me. Aggy was fantastic because he organise a room with lunch, coffees, teas etc within 20 mins and was very helpful and efficient. He did everything he could to make the room ready for us in time for the presentation and we were able to start on time at 1pm. Without him, we would have been stuck. Having dealt with Aggy in the past when Primacy was based in the building, I find him to be an excellent member of the MWB team. He is helpful, friendly, efficient, polite, jolly and always willing to help. Thank you so much to Aggy for rectifying the problem yesterday and he has since confirmed that it was an MWB error and not a Primacy error. Thank you

MWB has a star in their work force and that is Palmira the cleaner. We see Palmira work extremely hard non-stop every day – all day. Palmira keeps the kitchen extremely tidy and well stocked, she is very personable and a real joy to have a working on this floor. Palmira makes a huge effort to speak to us and ensure we are happy with our office cleanliness. Palmira is frequently clearing our desks of our used cups etc., which is great for us when our desk seem to fill up with clutter so quickly throughout the day. Palmira provides top service to us and we would like to ensure she knows she is appreciated and all the hard work she does is noticed.

I would like to nominate Aggy as he always goes that extra mile to satisfy any requests. On Friday 12th November we noticed that someone had spilled coffee all along our meeting room wall, which unfortunately could not be removed with cleaning products. On Monday 15th November Aggy came up and painted the whole of our meeting room as the painters were unable to come in at short notice, and I have to say he has done a superb job. Also on Friday 12th November our office door lock broke and the odd job man came and looked at it, he said he would have to order a new lock and would fix it when he was next in MWB, which was a week later. Our HR Manager spoke to Aggy about it and Aggy kindly came and replaced the lock on Tuesday 16th November. Aggy is always professional and polite and nothing is too much trouble and he has been known to clean/wash up the kitchen and bathrooms if the cleaners do not show up for work. If anyone deserves to win the WOW Award it is Aggy.
