A warm, friendly, informative and efficient welcome from Einat made me feel both valued and entirely at ease. I had to sit and wait for approximately 15 minutes. During that time I had opportunity to watch whilst she interacted with a number of customers, both in person and on the telephone. I was amazed at the knowledge she displayed and was thoroughly impressed with her professionalism as each enquiry was speedily dealt with. I suspect each of the clients felt that they were important, and were treated as human beings by someone genuinely trying to be as helpful as possible. I took more notice of her work as I have recently been involved in evaluating communication skills and their impact upon customer relations for my company. I can categorically state that If I had a position available I would go out of my way to recruit Einat.

Recently went back to the MWB to deliver some training - again there was a professional delivery of customer service, and I would recommend the use of this facility for anyone requiring the use of an office or delivery of training. Kay and her team in general are always very helpful and considerate to our needs as tennants. Any queries or issues are always dealt with quickly and efficiently and anyone who answers the phone is so polite. They have been very accommodating with the act that we were putting in our own internet connections and are always flexible with our comms needs. We have also held various training sessions in the on site meeing rooms and the service provided is excellent compared to to her places we have been, especially with the delivery of refreshments and clearing the room away after, the staff were quick, descrete and very helpful. the food was yummy too.

I have known Andrea since arriving at MWB back in 2010 and found her to be extremely efficient and professional. A true asset to MWB and one you should treasure! She represents MWB with pride and I know no matter what I ask of her, there is never an issue and the job is always done! I can honestly say that of all the offices I have rented in the years since 2001, the MWB team at Bracknell are by far the best! And I mean this with hand on heart! They are the friendliest and most efficient team who truly work well together. I find nothing is ever a problem and I am dealt with in such a manner that puts other serviced offices to shame! I would NEVER want to leave as long as the team remains. I love the Bracknell team and they are the only reason I have chosen to remain in MWB!

I would like to nominate April who in common with all of her colleagues at the Oxford business centre provide us with an excellent service week in week out. The reason for my nomination is that last week April did me a huge favour by writing me a cheque from her personal account for one of our suppliers who I had promised to post payment that day but I found I had left the company cheque book at home. Obviously she was immediately reimbursed but to volunteer to help in that way demonstrated her amazing commitment to her clients and I was very impressed and grateful to her!

Well what can I say but ‘thank you...thank you...thank you’ - what a day that was - incredibly long, but incredibly successful!I have been desperately trying to find the right words to say to you all day, but my brain seems to have turned to ‘mush’ since Sunday! However…I will start by saying a great big thank you to each and every one of you – you were nothing short of ‘absolutely brilliant’! Thank you all so much for giving up your Sunday lie in and for offering to help us on this special day, it was lovely to have you on our team. I hope you enjoyed the day as much as we did.There has been such positive feedback from the day. All those kind words, a ‘well done’ and a few shared tears meant that each one went away having had a wonderful and positive experience as they recovered from their 26.2 mile ordeal. I don’t think that I need to tell you (but I will)…that you really did help us to make a difference. Without your support, it wouldn’t/couldn’t have happened.I hope that there was not too much left for you to do when we left? Marcia…once again you are brilliant and it was so lovely to work with you again, and such a surprise, especially as I had been told that you had moved centres! I hope you have all recovered now, as I don’t know about you, but the next day, it always feels as though you have been run over by a steamroller – I cannot imagine what those runners must be feeling like after running 26.2 miles!On behalf of all of our runners and of course, myself, a HUGE thank you to you all. I have been at this centre for over 3 years, Jeremy Gilbert had recently taken over as centre manager. My clients whom come regularly to our offices have started to mention that they have noticed great improvements from the staff at the centre and feel that they are welcomed at all times with warmth. I mention this statement from a outside perspective, for me and my company, I have noticed a vast improvement in the centre ranging from staff morale, efficiency, general cleanse, telephone answering behaviour. The fact that my clients have reported how they feel when entering the centre just spells out the turnaround the staff have worked into. On a personal basis, I feel that Jeremy and the team have changed from a stressful environment to a happy, friendly and efficient working environment. We have had to relocate after a years tenancy at MWB in Nottinghams Wheeler Gate. We were all genuinely sad to be saying goodbye to an excellent team. A few comments - - They were *always* willing to go out of their way to help. Not one exception in a whole year. - Making the time and effort to organise simple but fun social activities, and to send cards (and yes, Easter Eggs) to tenants. - Smiles across the board. Sounds like a simple thing, but it makes a big difference coming in to work each day.They are, as a team, very much deserving of a WOW! Award.

As part of the daily routine, the team on the switchboard will kindly call through to let us know when the mobile sandwich van arrives.Earlier this week (w/c 15/4/13) I had already missed the call and indeed the van as I was already on the phone and my colleague was out of the office.Today (Friday 19th April), I was once again on the phone when the van arrived. As soon as April was aware of this she ran down to my office to alert me of the sandwich vans arrival. Unable to break off my call I just shrugged my shoulders. April then gestured that she would get the sandwich for me. I gave her the money and mouthed large tuna to her and off she went. My call wrapped up fairly soon after that and I arrived in reception as April came back into the building with a tuna roll in hand ..... Above and beyond I think.
