The reception team also always carried themselves in a very professional manner dealing with their work in an effective and efficient fashion. Any issues you had the team would do their utmost to tackle and resolve the problem as quickly as possible so as not to disrupt the working day.But most importantly, the whole team at Tower Point Brighton always took the time to talk to their clients and show interest in everyone’s day to day lives which created a very open and friendly atmosphere between themselves and their clients. To me personally, this made the difference between them being a good reception team and the great one that they are.

We moved into Atlantic House back in August to open a UK office for Optima who are based in New Zealand. There are only two of us here at the moment, focussed on sales and delivery of projects. We have been very busy and have lent on Erika and colleagues a lot during the first months to assist with a range of admin tasks and to organise meetings. It has been a god send and has relieved us of a lot of work that we have dumped on MWB staff, sometimes at the 11th hour. They are responsive, reliable and always willing to go the extra mile to help us manage with limited resource. It has made our clients believe we are bigger than we currently are, and from our point of view we are confident that we have support as and when required. Well done Erika, Stacey, Becky and Ben.

When we moved to serviced offices 18 months ago we selected Regus over MWB albeit that the decision was very tight. Having been disappointed with the service there we moved to MWB at the earliest opportunity believing the team to be friendly, helpful , efficient and flexible. Arranging a Christmas Market in one of the large meeting rooms provising mice pies and mulled wine. Local businesses came in and set up "stalls" to sell their products - I dont think many people left the room without purchasing items. Exellent idea and lovely gesture!

One morning I was forced to stay at home after my central heating system ceased to work, but I also had a problem meeting an Administrative Court deadline for issuing a court bundle due later in the morning. As I am the only member of staff based in our Manchester office, there is nobody else who could assist. However, Sharon Smith of MWB offered to take the papers down to court on my behalf, which would have been very helpful as court deadlines are particularly strict. In the end, I was able to make it to court myself, however I was impressed by the customer service offered by MWB.

We hold regular seminars after the close of business for our instructing solicitors and whilst these often remain within the anticipated timescales of 5:30-7:30pm, they can sometimes overrun. On numerous occasions, the staff at MWB (Hayley, Sharon and Hannah) have remained in the building until the last delegate had departed in order to assist with any further refreshments we may have required and also to assist some of the delegates with mobility difficulties when leaving the building.

Having worked at the Basil Street offices for the past year or so, in all honesty, I cannot praise Donna & Carla enough, for their helpfulness and efficiency at all times. This is not only experienced when they work on the Front Desk, but also with any gereral issues or queries we, as a Company, have had. At all times they have remained courteous, friendly and highly accommodating with visitors, and even awkward issues like bulk deliveries, (sometimes) arrogant couriers, etc. Moreover this is always done, whilst conducting themselves in a professional manner at all times. I have also witnessed this when passing through the reception and they happen to be dealing with someone elses visitors or deliveries. In my line of work at the Senior Management sector of Construction, I meet all too often personnel who struggle to do anything more than their basic job, and this is why people who excel in their duties stand out to me. Donna and Carla are a true credit to MWB, and set a benchmark for how all your employees should represent your Business, and conduct themselves.
