Nerys has been great right from the start from when we came to view the office to moving in and now to working in CEC Brighton. Nerys is always on hand to deal with any queries we have and has made settling in very painless.

The reception team also always carried themselves in a very professional manner dealing with their work in an effective and efficient fashion. Any issues you had the team would do their utmost to tackle and resolve the problem as quickly as possible so as not to disrupt the working day.But most importantly, the whole team at Tower Point Brighton always took the time to talk to their clients and show interest in everyone’s day to day lives which created a very open and friendly atmosphere between themselves and their clients. To me personally, this made the difference between them being a good reception team and the great one that they are.

Riannah is an exceptional individual who has taken the time to get to know us as clients and is adept at anticipating our needs. She has gone out of her way on occasions to help me resolve problems that I have encountered. Riannah has a friendly nature and is very approachable which makes her brilliant at providing the best customer service. In my opinion she is thoroughly deserving of an accolade.

I had to ask Saffron and Aggy to organise me a meeting room and patch in a phone line urgently this morning for an unscheduled meeting.Despite both of them being extremely busy, they made my request a priority and got everything set up with no fuss and the meeting went fantastically well as a result, with colleagues dialling in from Europe so their help was vital.Their professional attitude and swift actions saved the meeting and I cant thank them enough - theyre a credit to MWB.Kind RegardsRob Boulton

Katy has always been a strong Team Member, but the care and attention that she has extended to our company of the last few days is a big credit to her and also to MWB. If there was a single person who would make us decide to remain as clients, it is Katy.

We moved into Atlantic House back in August to open a UK office for Optima who are based in New Zealand. There are only two of us here at the moment, focussed on sales and delivery of projects. We have been very busy and have lent on Erika and colleagues a lot during the first months to assist with a range of admin tasks and to organise meetings. It has been a god send and has relieved us of a lot of work that we have dumped on MWB staff, sometimes at the 11th hour. They are responsive, reliable and always willing to go the extra mile to help us manage with limited resource. It has made our clients believe we are bigger than we currently are, and from our point of view we are confident that we have support as and when required. Well done Erika, Stacey, Becky and Ben.

Thanks again for taking care of our recent meeting at the MWB Business Exchange in Reading. I can’t falter the service at MWB Reading and as in the previous years, I was very happy with the venue, meeting room and the service we received. I would just like to say thanks again for all your efforts in making it a smooth event for us. It made my life less stressful in not having to worry about changing anything in the morning after we arrived. Fantastic warm hospitality! 13/12/2011 Drawers locked with important papers in. I would like to nominate Tony for his quick and excellent service. he was prompt reliable and super efficient and extremely pleasant getting us out of an extremely difficult situation. You never have to ask Tony twice to do anyhting for you.

Whenever there is a slight issue or problem, the CEC team are more than helpful, which makes a huge difference during busy periods in particular. The staffs friendly and approachable personalities enhance the atmosphere in the building making it a much nicer place to work.

When we moved to serviced offices 18 months ago we selected Regus over MWB albeit that the decision was very tight. Having been disappointed with the service there we moved to MWB at the earliest opportunity believing the team to be friendly, helpful , efficient and flexible. We have now been here for 3 months and are delighted with our choice.

An MWB employee who over the past 6 months has grown into a first class Asst Centre Manager.

Arranging a Christmas Market in one of the large meeting rooms provising mice pies and mulled wine. Local businesses came in and set up "stalls" to sell their products - I dont think many people left the room without purchasing items. Exellent idea and lovely gesture!

We moved to MWB in September and with Beths help it went very smoothly. She could not have been more helpful and has been commented on by all members of our team.Nothing has been too much trouble As soon as I ask her for help with anything she comes straight away and deals with it efficiently.I find her approach extremely professional and friendly and thinks she fully deserves a WOW Award.

One morning I was forced to stay at home after my central heating system ceased to work, but I also had a problem meeting an Administrative Court deadline for issuing a court bundle due later in the morning. As I am the only member of staff based in our Manchester office, there is nobody else who could assist. However, Sharon Smith of MWB offered to take the papers down to court on my behalf, which would have been very helpful as court deadlines are particularly strict. In the end, I was able to make it to court myself, however I was impressed by the customer service offered by MWB.

We hold regular seminars after the close of business for our instructing solicitors and whilst these often remain within the anticipated timescales of 5:30-7:30pm, they can sometimes overrun. On numerous occasions, the staff at MWB (Hayley, Sharon and Hannah) have remained in the building until the last delegate had departed in order to assist with any further refreshments we may have required and also to assist some of the delegates with mobility difficulties when leaving the building.

Thanks to both members of staff. Excellent welcome, nothing too much trouble. Really friendly and fun as well as efficient, professional and running a well run machine. If only all venues were managed by these two!Congratulations

I walked into the Baker Street office to ask about a meeting room. I was greeted by Dolly, who showed me around. I dont think I have ever had such a pleasant introduction to this kind of facility - Dolly answered all my questions and was extremely helpful.

Ursula is a credit it to the MWB team who is always happy to help whenever approached. She has a professional but cheery attitude, with a smile that can brighten up any day.

Having worked at the Basil Street offices for the past year or so, in all honesty, I cannot praise Donna & Carla enough, for their helpfulness and efficiency at all times. This is not only experienced when they work on the Front Desk, but also with any gereral issues or queries we, as a Company, have had. At all times they have remained courteous, friendly and highly accommodating with visitors, and even awkward issues like bulk deliveries, (sometimes) arrogant couriers, etc. Moreover this is always done, whilst conducting themselves in a professional manner at all times. I have also witnessed this when passing through the reception and they happen to be dealing with someone elses visitors or deliveries. In my line of work at the Senior Management sector of Construction, I meet all too often personnel who struggle to do anything more than their basic job, and this is why people who excel in their duties stand out to me. Donna and Carla are a true credit to MWB, and set a benchmark for how all your employees should represent your Business, and conduct themselves.

Tammy has gone above and beyond the call of duty to an extraordinary degree. She moved us into a new meeting room at our request 15 minutes before the meeting began with absolutely minimal disruption. She also supported us with conference calling and changes to the catering arrangements. Tammy is always amazing at her job but this was a whole new level!

Erika was always bright, cheerfull and bubbly. Making a warm welcome to all our staff. She was always ready to help and i felt she went above a general reception duties.

Great customer service, always smiling and happy to help.

During October Erika helped us with the shipment of a package to the USA via FedEx that proved to be extremely difficult to get through US Customs. She handled the communications with FedEx very well which enalbed us to resolve the situation eventually. Thanks

I nominate Tara Lamey for a Wow award as from the day we moved into Berkeley Street nearly 2 years ago she has always remained extremely helpful, friendly and even stays late unpaid to help us when we need assistance. As she is one of the last from the original team here I feel she should be recognised for her hard work and effort. Its people like this that keeps clients like us continuing with our agreements.
