Excellent set up and delivery of new cafe/bistro in Imperial House, Business Lodge Bury. Excellent food all day, good value for money, stylish decor and furnishings and above all people who emit happy vibes! A pleasure to dine there and last week, although I was late ordering, they supplied a variety of pancake recipes for me to be able to take to our office to mark Pancake Day for our staff. All staff at Business Lodge Bury are highly customer focused.

We used the MWB Victoria as our venue for an event on the 10th February and all I can say is WOW!MWB have been using The WOW! Awards for 4 years, and now I completely understand why they receive so many fantastic nominations.The service we received from start to finish was absolutely brilliant.I first met with Siobhan and Bradley prior to the event, to discuss our requirements and nothing was too much trouble. They ensured that they had every detail about the event and went above and beyond to make our event a success - even the coffee experience was one to remember!!Bradley kept in touch on the build up to the event, making sure that everything was in order and this shone through on the day - the event was perfect.The welcome on reception, the set up of the room, the catering, and everyone else that played a part in the day behind the scenes - it was just fantastic!!All of our guests commented on how well the day run, how brilliant the venue was and how lovely the food was.A huge thank you to everyone involved. We will definitely use MWB as a venue again and would certainly recommend them :-)

This is the copy of an email I sent to the Centre Manager on 21 February"Starting Monday with no internet for some of your clients can’t have been the best way to come into the week but by your coming into our office, Myles, to show how seriously you were taking it, made a huge difference to dealing with it for me. Secondly, I was quite unwell yesterday and had little focus or concentration. That meant I left the office early having ordered an Addison Lee courier but then forgot to leave the envelope downstairs. Thank you for phoning me, getting the envelope and giving it to Addison Lee. Otherwise I would have had to re-trace my steps late last night as Sir Trevor needed it for a trip today departing at 6.15am!Your service yesterday on both counts was fantastic. Thank you."

The MWB team at The Strand are all fantastic!!! Andre Sbardellotto is an excellent guy to deal with, he is very supportive and always there to help you with any request you have with a smile on his face not making it feel like a problem. His service is very impressive. Ana Slikta is also very welcoming and warm. Always has a huge smile whenever i see/speak to her and is always on hand to support if needed. The cleaners around the building are very very good, the kitchen and toilets are always cleaned a number of times throughout the day and they also are very friendly. They go to a lot of effort to make the areas we work in clean and tidy to a very high standards. Overall i would recommend MWB Strand to anyone as my experience so far has been fantastic and i would 100% recommend having an office here.

It is impossible to site a specific date because his constant friendliness, helpfulness and availability means that he is wowing us all the time! Recently, however, I needed equipment to accommodate a visiting colleague at short notice. Mark ensured everything was installed quickly and without any fuss. On 8th February our company printer ran out of toner and I had a series of important reports to print out. I spoke to Evi on Reception who advised me about a printer in the office complex. The issue is that our computers are not attached to the complex printers. So Evi offered to print out the reports for me. I sent through my reports on e-mail, and not only were they printed, but they were also collected and returned to me in my office. I was so impressed I sent the e-mailed below:Hi Evi, Many thanks for the prints you just brought around. The service you guys provide is excellent and sometimes we wouldn’t manage without you. Joe has always been polite, amenable and willing to ensure that everything has run smoothly with the move both in and out of the showroom, and that all the necessary facilities were in place to ensure that the showroom was operational on the day required.

I unhesitatingly nominate Charlotte Green and her team. I moved into Chandos on Feb 1st 2012. Of the huge number of rental places available, I chose Chandos Place for its ambiance, position but above all for the remarkable warmth, efficiency and effectiveness shown by Charlotte and her team in all the meetings prior to making our decision. Before moving in, Charlotte and her team were so accommodating and helpful, arranging for early delivery and storage of our furniture. We were given the warmest of welcomes, and without asking, our" do not disturb sign" was laminated and returned within hours. Every service from production of car parking key, assisting the move, organising changes to the room, to making our guests/clients/patients superbly welcome has the WOW factor. They all communicate quickly and succinctly. In my other business we employ over 26,000 people in a service industry, and we pride ourselves on exceeding customer expectations so I am hugely aware of the standard of customer service- . By any standard Charlotte and her outstanding team, Antoinette, Alexandra and Svetlana are superlative, and an enormous credit and ambassadors for MWB. I would not hesitate to highly recommend anyone who wished to rental offices to regard Chandos team and the high benchmark. I have always found all of the staff at Baker Street really helpful - having been a permanent office resident for about 3 years at Baker St mwb. However, yesterday, was a really good example of this. Last minute, I needed a room to do some filming in for a feature for the BBC. Monica arranged for me to use their precious "show office", and throughout the morning as we demanded various things like flip charts, pens, paper etc, they were just incredibly helpful. Well done to the team - it does make a real difference to us.
