A true team player. Dolly went beyond the call of duty when she sourced a spare pass for me, making it possible for work to continue as normal and deadlines to be met. I am most grateful for her concern and effortless determination to provide a caring environment under the pressures of her own working world. I highly recommend her for this award.

Amy is the type on individual that I would like to have on my team.The other day she went out of her way to help a visitor who was in London for the first time and had come to the MWB building for a meeting. The person was confused about where they were and Amy took just few minutes to explain how to use the Underground system. She did not have to but she did with a smile on her face. Infact that day for MWB she was Director of First Impressions. Her reaction says a great deal about her and about the company she represents.

I personally experienced her highly professional skills: she is is most helpful in most difficult situations and she keeps helping me with every thing I ever need. Even if she can not deliver it in her center she would always recommend another MWB center which can help. She helped me to book an event in Victoria. which I was very grateful with. Because of Dolly I recommended and introduced MWB to many of my friends. She is like a Rock of MWB which you can relay on and who will deliver her service in time and with positive attitude! making you feel very welcomed and wanting to come again.

Julia and Amber, at Reception and Virinder and Tiphanie have, in my opinion gone beyond the call of duty and have all shown exceptional Customer Service.NTS Ltd is a Training Centre for 16-18 year olds who are disaffected and disengaged from education and the learners can be particularly difficult to control at times.Julia, Amber, Virinder and Tiphanie have all shown the correct amount of empathy towards the learners especially when the learners are feeling particularly upset or angry. The staff always listen to them and try and give them some support whether it is advice or just a smiling face. It is all very important.The ladies on Reception are always there to offer a warm welcome and this has been noticed by the learners and they all enjoy coming along to the Centre. This has been well received as a number of learners have been school refusers and do not often enjoy coming to training sessions.Virinder and Tiphanie have always been available as and when one or two of the learners have become a little verbal. They have always remained professional and have been able to calm the learners down by talking to them politely and with respect.We will be very sorry to leave such a pleasant and empathetic environment but due to the increase in costs and the lack of available space due to our increase in work we are having to move on.Thank you to you all, you are a great Team.

I think you can judge an organisation by how they treat even the staff that are just working short-term. It shows if customer care standards are genuine and embedded in the organisation or just for show. I was covering for short -term holidays and was accepted immediately as one of the team. Good clear instructions, shown the high standard of customer care expected as soon as I arrived. It ran through the staff like writing in rock. Ive worked in many different organisations, but MWB Manchester South, Catherine, Michelle and Andrea: you were impressive!

Id like to nominate Sabia for a WOW award. She is polite and friendly and her customer service is second to none. My company has a lot of events and they are sometimes organised by sales people. They might be great at selling but not so great at organizing and Sabia has helped us out a lot to keep our company looking professional. As an example, last Friday at 5pm I was told that the sales team wanted refreshments and lunch for their delegates who were arriving at 9am Monday morning! Sabia organised everything there and then and made sure that the function went ahead with no problems. For this and many other reasons I think she deserves a WOW award.

I would like to nominate Svatlana for her patience, calm and pleasant nature.At times I can be a very demanding client, and especially when the pressure is on, or something that does not meet my standards, I can really become frustrated. At the beginning of the year and as time has gone on there has been certain periods that every time that Svatlana came to my floor to replenish our milk I had something to complain about, whether it was the cleaning standard, missing cups, broken jugs, etc. and I must admit, most of the time in relation to missing cups and cutlery it was me miss laying them, or forgetting where I gave placed them.
