I have been working at The Learning Eye for 4 weeks and have discovered that the MWB Service Co-ordinators, in particular, always go that extra mile. I accidentally left my mobile phone in my unlocked office one eveing and panicked, as if stolen it as lots of personal information on it which would be hard to replace. I called my office and the phone was answered by Ms Bryany Dillon of MWB out of hours. Not only did she check that the phone was still in the office, but she took my phone and placed it in a secure place before locking the office, for which I was very grateful

I nominate Emily Lambourne for The WOW! Awards. Emily is so very helpful, always happy to assist and nothing is too much trouble. This morning I was expecting a technical engineer to fix a Laptop, he arrived early and, in my absence, Emily was kind enough to show him into my office where the engineer could carry out the repair. I was particularly grateful as, had he been left waiting, the engineer could have left. This is just one of many examples of Emilys outstanding support. Thanks Emily!

Emily is always very welcoming and professional, and informs me promptly of any special deliveries I receive (which is pretty frequently!). Additionally, Emily has recently helped me tremendously by finding out information which will enable me to persuade my landlord to improve the quality of the accommodation I currently rent. She did this under her own initiative, so it was a great surprise when she passed the information one to me.Thanks Emily!

A large parcel arrived for me which was required for work the next day (very early morning). I was contacted by Emily at MWB by phone to confirm that the parcel had arrived at reception. I was unable to get into work until later that evening. Emily arranged for the parcel to be brought to my office so that I would be able to collect it late that night. This attention to detail and keeping me informed was in my opinion above and beyond the call of duty and really proved to be very helpful.

Catherine and Michelle masterminded our office move today, which couldnt have gone more smoothly. Masquerading as "comms guys" they were up ladders in the comms room, under desks in the office and even completed the service with a cup of tea and biscuits. For helping the Motor Neurone Disease Association on London Marathon Day 22nd April 2012. Ana and her team consisting of Szilvia Nemeth and Jaime Ospina, were nothing short of brilliant. They helped us set up the venue ready for all of our runners to return and then went that extra mile in helping us greet, cheer, hug and congratulate all of our supporters as they neared the building, making their London Marathon experience even more magical. I cant pinpoint any particular experience as since we have come to these premises they have all been excellent. Our company, Synapps, currently leases an office within Exchange House, Milton Keynes and is serviced by MWB Business Exchange.Alistair, the Assistant Centre Manager, was e-mailed by me at 0950 this morning concerning our file cabinet door which had just broken.Within 5 minutes, Alistair was in our office, surveying what was needed to be done. He immediately concluded that the whole cabinet needed replacing, as opposed to just replacing the shutter door.2 minutes later, he had obtained a new cabinet from storage and had swapped it out with the one which was broken.Not only did he insure that the shelves were in exactly the same position, but the cabinet was also clean and ready to use straight away.Our MD was in the office today and does not like any disruption during the working day. Alistair was so quick and efficient, that our MD didnt even notice!Alistair ensured that the whole operation was executed with the minimum of fuss and impact to the office: his pro-active, cheerful attitude was very much appreciated and he thoroughly deserves a WOW award.

We have been delighted with the continuous level of exemplary service that always seems to be accompanied with a smile and a nothing is too much trouble attitude.Heres a just one of our recent experiences that typifies Andreas service ethos: Andrea gladly offered and readily came in to work ridiculously early one morning so we could crack on with our project. I had been working at an office within MWB Trident 1 for just over a week and had found the office staff incredibly welcoming, professional and most of all helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for those little day-to-day requests like supplying some A3 paper, finding a free parking space or local knowledge for lunchtime eateries. But nothing to make me take the time to write and submit a nomination for the WOW awards, until Thursday 4th May. A close colleague of mine had kept his birthday a secret for a week because he didnt like the attention or most likely didnt want his age being highlighted! On finding out that I had missed his birthday there wasnt much I could do because I was in meetings all that day. Whilst walking past Andrea Byrne I mentioned the birthday news and my predicament. Later that afternoon, and to my amazement, Andrea arrived with a birthday card, chocolates wrapped in ribbon, specialty teas which my colleague had shown an interest in and most surprisingly an A4 piece of paper. My colleague was a fanatical Manchester United fan and after the poor derby day result with Manchester City she had found a joke and pictures that made light of this football result. This is the kind of customer service that makes the working day thoroughly enjoyable. Thanks Andrea & team.

It was Tuesday late afternoon and I had to take a flight to Amsterdam later in the evening - I had a crisis situation where my conference providers did not have an electronic version of the my presentation to over 100 people. I did not have a computer in my office and I did not have a USB to download the presentation and take it with me - I called client services and Anete went out of her way to find a solution for me even though this was close to working out of hours. She gave me her own USB stick with the document and even allowed me to use her company email in order to recieve the electronic document from my New York office. This was a total life saver - alas the conference was a huge success and I can only thank Anete and MWB for providing me with a support that can only be viewed as the highest level of professionalism.
