I suddenly found myself with an unexpected deadline after being let down by a supplier for printing. I approached the reception in the MWB Business exchange to see if they could possibly help me out with my printing requirements and not only were they extremely polite, bubbly and cheerful they put themselves out of their way to help me out. Not only did they print my documents (quite a few handouts for a training day) they also offered to bind them for me to make them look professional. Now of course I am fully aware that I am being charged for this service and rightly so. However, the way I was treated was exceptional and I was made to feel like I was important and valued. Both Andrea Byrne and Natalie Marsom possess excellent customer service skills and they are an absolute pleasure to do business with. Nominating both Helam and Lewis for outstanding service. Nothing is too much trouble for them and everything is done with a smile on their face. Extremely pleasant and very efficient. Always go the extra mile - a credit to their company. Always make me think WOW after my dealings with them. There is no isolated incident, as their exemplary customer service is constant.

I am nominating Jaime, as he always gets back to me promptly with answers to all my queries, & often follows up after by checking that everything is ok, but especially for his assistance in searching for spare filing draw keys & the re-setting of my Air con & phone on a regular basis. All the staff are great, but Jaime always seems to go the extra mile.

I would like to nominate Marta for a WOW award. She is a credit to MWB, as you walk in, you get an excellent first impression. Very professional and I have seen her handle a difficult situation when the guest said she didnt want to sign the visitors book, and she did this with a smile on her face, and very professionally.She would be an asset to MWB as a permanent staff member.Thank you.

Andre is always there when we have any issues and he always responds very quickly. Since we have moved in he has been very professional, friendly, efficient and made everything run very smoothly.

Since our move to the Monument Providian House offices, Chuks Madu has been a vital element of our facilities support team. Through many power and telecomms issues, he has consistently responded promptly with a positive attitude and a high degree of professionalism that has earned respect among my colleagues. I got locked out of my voice message system at work due to my only mis-adventure. I was waiting for an important call and my voicemail light was flashing away. I went downstairs to find out how to resolve the problem expecting a lengthy procedure. Jamie was there and calmly told me that he would reset my pin number so that I could access my phone. By the time I had reached my office he had sent an email with my new pin. I was impressed. Thank you.

I would like nominate Ada for the WOW award, whilst always professional she is very friendly and welcoming. I have found her to be a great help and very approachable. She is a joy to work with and a very competent receptionist.

Working in a Sales and Service office of a global software company can be a challenge when it comes to setting up your infrastructure. When we needed to install some new hardware in our offices Comms room last week, even a few minutes of downtime would have risked internet downtime, and potentially lost revenue for the Sales and Service teams.When we told Chloe we would need to arrange to set up our hardware on a tight schedule, I was immediately impressed with her response. She offered to come in whenever, at whatever time, to help with the setup and make sure everything went smoothly.We set the date for last Thursday at 6AM, leaving a two-hour window before our team got in. When we explained to Chloe that it was crucial that we be back up by 8, she negotiated on an extremely tight deadline with the buildings internet service provider to ensure an engineer was on call in case anything went wrong.When it came to the day of the upgrade, Chloe was amazingly helpful. She arrived at 6am (surprisingly chipper despite the hour!) to help us with the install, and dedicated her morning to making sure we had everything we needed. We installed the hardware without a hitch, then she stuck around to help us test each of our ports; by 7:45AM everything was up and running, and we even had time for a coffee!I cant stress enough how grateful I was for Chloe being so accommodating - when the pressure is on, it makes all the difference to have someone so helpful backing you up and helping to prepare for every eventuality.

I would like to nominate Christina as she is a fabulous receptionist, very professional but extremely friendly, helpful and always greets with a smile!!!

Its not many venues you go to where the team constantly deliver time and time again like clockwork. Being one of the worlds leading education and training company we use MWB Business exchange in various locations but we always look forward to coming back to 88 Kings Way. The team led by Nathan and Sam work tirelessly around the clock to ensure all the clients needs are catered for, even the demanding ones. Another prime example of the excellent service provided by the MWB Oxford team. With only 10 minutes notice (sorry!), April and Emily were able to find and prepare a meeting room, on what was already a very busy Meeting & Events day for the centre.
