I have to be honest I cannot really say one person is better than the other in our centre as they are ALL so so good. Nothing is ever a problem and everyone is so polite, happy, helpful and they all have superb customer service. I look forward to going to the office every day I go. They are a pleasure to work with and I feel very proud that they represent my company well to my clients. Cannot say a bad word.!!!! Thank you to them all, they are a fantastic team.

I really enjoy to work with all Cavendish Square team, but I would like to nominate Mikaela Benjamin particularly for her very positive outlook on life, very good sense of humour and kindness.

I have never worked in a place and received such high level of customer Service. I would like to nominate Davina for a wow Award because shes extremely hardworking. She takes great pride in her job and always goes the extra mile, by willing to work through her lunch breaks and after hours to make sure we are happy and satisfied. She also deserves this award for her great positivity, high energy and being so welcoming to us and all of our guests. Shes very professional and does everything promptly. I cant ask for anything more, she always delivers five star service with great a smile!

On 14th May, Catherine Carden went to great lengths to assist me when I inadvertently deleted all information from my mobile phone. Im not much of a technology enthusiast and I was panic stricken at the prospect of losing all the contacts Id built up over the years. She helped me to restore all my calendar appointments and contacts. In my opinion, Catherine deserves a WOW award and more besides.

Lauren is an extremely friendly receptionist her happy,efficicent and proffessional manner is second to none.A few weeks ago I dropped my bank card in work and lauren not only kept it but called me after her day had finished to tell me it was left in the office. I have never seen Lauren in a bad mood she is always happy and curteous.I couldnt recomend her strongly enough

I constantly find that Sophie is friendly, helpful and always goes that extra mile. Nothing is too much when you have a query or need help and Sophie will go out of her way to help you out and resolve your issues.

She helped us a lot for anything concerning our office, I had so much stuff to pack and send to another office a few weeks ago and I was going crazy trying to do it, she sorted everything for me very quickly, Im really impressed!

On the 24th and 26th April my boss and I hired the "Terrace" conference room on the 6th floor to conduct various interviews in the search for a new employee for our growing business. It was a great comfort to know that Liam was greeting our interviewees at reception and he was always quick to inform us that they were discretely via email. When I came down to reception to greet the interviewees and asked Liam which person in reception was the interviewee he was great at responding subtly. A lot of our candidates commented to us about the friendliness of the reception staff and warm welcome they received. Liam was also brilliant in allowing us to begin our interviews before the alloted time slot and stay on later in the evening as required. In addition, he was fantastic at bringing up additional still and sparkling water and fresh glasses as requested. All in all, brilliant service.....always a pleasure to see such a smiley, friendly face in reception and someone that goes above and beyond for all his clients.

I recently attended a training event on Tottenham Court Road.I left my purse at the venue overnight by accident. In the morning I arrived flustered and purseless to find that Emily had organised between several changeovers of staff no doubt for my purse to be kept safely and given back to me.The next day our group were waning and she provided us with biscuits - which went down a treat with the group as you can imagine

Nicolas customer service is excellent, she is clearly a great manager as her team are as conscientious as she is. I have just moved in and they have been brilliant.

I would like to nominate my Center Manager Paulina Gwozdzik for her attention to me as a Client of MWB and for her professionalism.As I am renting my office on a 1-month contract basis, I am very pleased that Mrs Gwozdzik always remembers to prepare all the contracts for me in advance so that I never need to worry about it. Overall, Paulina creates a very warm and welcoming atmosphere in the center, and as a client I can feel that there is a person who looks after the center and the personnel. Paulina is always attentive to what I am asking, and deals with any questions smoothly. I also very much appreciate the work of the Reception team who make feel the clients welcome in the centre. I think that the Team here at 52 Grosvenor Gardens is very attentive and pleasure to be surrounded by.I thank Paulina and the Reception team for their ability to deal with everything in their elegant manner that still means professionalism in everything they do. Thank you!

To whom it may concern, Overall the team at soho square has loads of personality and was receptive to all requests which has helped Taboola grow and succeed in our business. I would like to nominate Sian for a WOW Award. She has recently joined MWB Milton Keynes and is a great asset to the team. She is hard working, keen to learn, courteous and helpful at all times. She deals with daily problems cheerfully and with great energy.

Nothing is ever too much trouble and you are always greeted with a smile. Great fun to have as part of our extended team. For a meeting on 25th April they reacted very quickly to last minute changes with out any fuss at all. Many thanks.

This employee is always smartly presented and has an excellent telephone manner demonstrating professionalism and enthusiasm. I went to MWB Manchester South today and found Andrea to be working, she instantly remembered me from when we had offices at the centre and was very polite and offered me a drink. Andrea helped me with my conference room booking and offered me additional services for the day which i didnt know you provided (projector etc). Top class employee and the centre staff are truly exceptional in general. If i wasnt governed by a property department dictating where my offices have to be located, I would certainly still be in MWB Manchester South.

Thanks for your help whilst we have been in Oxford St over the past 6 months.

I had just moved into the building and on Monday 29 April Marzena noticed me struggling to put some self-adhesive frosting onto the side window and door panel, which is a requirement due to the nature of our business. Marzena offered to help and proceeded to help me for the next hour as the job turned out to be very fiddly. She clearly didnt have to help me but wanted to and furthermore wouldnt give up until wed finished the job and had it looking perfect......and she kept a smile on her face throughout! Brilliant!

Peter went way above what would be expected to help me move into the building at the end of April. He organised the removal and transport of our equipment which was way above what I expected, making the move so easy for us. Furthermore, because our equipment initially had to be stored in different room to our own, on the day we actually moved into our office (26 April), Peter made sure he got there well before me and moved all of our gear into the office so it was all waiting there for me when I arrived. Brilliant!

Centre - 88 Kingsway Thank you to the team who looked after the GCSE Music moderators for the week. Nothing was too much trouble and the excellence of your service, helpfulness and speed were second to none, particularly with our large group on the second two days. I have been lead these meetings for a number of years and your team was the best! The lady in charge was great, but I would like to say a particular thanks to Ernest for his extra attention and support. I hope we can use you again. Thanks

Davina delivers excellent Customer service. whenever we need help or have a problem with our internet, phones, swipe cards or anything else, shes always happy to help and always very efficiently.

I have worked in many office blocks but never came across of such a helpful bunch. Always happy to help with a smile. I would like to nominate the team at MWB Baker Street because they are a great support for our business. They are always helpful and any issues are dealt with promptly and in a professional manner, anything we have asked for we have received and no request seams too much trouble.

We moved to Baker Street in February and our whole team love it here. We love the Centre team as they are always so friendly and willing to help, they made the move from our last Office hassle free and we all look forward to chocolate fridays Thank you Jo, Tammy, Phil and Amanda

Having worked in this building for the past 8 years I constantly find that Julie is friendly, helpful and always goes that extra mile. Nothing is too much when you have a query or need help and Julie will go out of her way to help you out and resolve your issues.

Thank you for all your help and patience over the last fortnight. We thought long and hard about our various office options, and weve ultimately decided that the package youve constructed for us at Baker Street is the best all round arrangement. Im confident that we would never have changed our minds if it wasnt for the friendly centre team weve encountered at Baker Street and the exceptional level of service weve received from you in particular.

The staff at the Birmingham office are always pleasant, smiling, eager to help and efficient in their dealings with you. It is the most pleasant office to visit.

Just wanted to send my praise over MWBs response to the power outage in Knightsbridge today. The staff kept us informed throughout - mightily impressed by their stamina with having to constantly climb up and down the floors! Also I am really pleased to see the building had emergency power and even kept the network infrastructure up (as you know how important internet access is to our business).
