Beth is a real credit to MWB. She is always smiling, helpful and has a fantastic personality. Beth is always on hand should I require any advice about additional services that MWB offer.

I would like to nominate Beth Gardner for a WOW award. After a recent office move Beth has gone above and beyond to ensure we have settled in and assisted whenever requested. A particular area in which Beth has been a star is with the phone system, she has advised and also amended after several different trials to which it is now perfect. Our server went down in the middle of the night towards the end of June 2011. I was not working in the office that day and our IT company advised that someone had to physically go into our office to check and re-start the server. As it was around 8 am and none of our staff had yet arrived at work, I called Aggy who immediately went into the office, liaised directly with our IT company and fixed the problem allowing us to be up and running again within a matter of minutes. This is not an isolated demonstration of Aggys commitment to his role or support to Hume Whitehead. He has shown us time and time again that he is prepared to go above and beyond the call of duty to help us when needed ... and hes a lovely person too, liked and respected by the whole Hume Whitehead team. Thank you, Aggy - youre a star and a credit to MWB!

The difference with MWB and our last Service Offices is typified in Beth. She is helpful, very quick to support our IT/Admin needs and welcoming to clients - something that is lost on some of MWBs peers Im afraid. An all round professional who should be nominated.

It always a pleasure coming into Baker Street each day, Dolly will always be available to help with a big smile when asked.

I would highly recommend MWB Victoria Business Centre. The MWB Victoria Team show a high degree of integrity, responsibility and good judgment ensuring a logical and practical approach to all their endeavours. Management within the Centre have proven their leadership ability by being focused towards customer satisfaction and as a result generating excellent customer service.
