We started looking for a managed office to support our expansion into the London market and shortlisted a few properties around the covent garden area, these included MWB and Regus to name a few. We discounted many of the options due to location, feel of the offices and professionalism of the staff. I should also state that we were once in a managed office from Regus and were appalled with the service and communications and were very reluctant to entertain the idea of using a managed office so sales staff had their work cut out.During this time we were dealing purely with Mark Franklin. From the first impressions we were impressed with Mark and they way he delt with our enquires, follow ups and quite frankly our relentless search for answers to technical questions. Mark delt with all of these and allways followed up on-time and in a professional manor. We brought into the MWB brand over many months of communication and appropriate sales follow ups which we didn’t receive from any of the other non MWB centres, to be clear we brought in to Mark at first not MWB, his passion, knowledge and quite honestly sheer confidence and love for the brand was clear to see and gave us confidence that he would ensure MWB would deliver. Everyone at the centre has been amazing and it feels like they cant do enough to help, no job to big or small which is just what we wanted. We are very pleased with the smoothness of our move in and responsiveness and professionalism of the staff. I would happily recommend MWB, especially the Chandos office to anyone looking for a managed office that actually over delivers on its promises.

But after being convinced we signed and waited for the move in.Once we arrived at the centre our main point of contact was centre manager Charlotte Green. We brought our own VOIP phones and elected to use our own firewall on a dedicated data service. The office was beautifully set out to our specification on time and everything had been arranged pre-move-in to ensure no downtime. We had a few issues when we first moved in which we found to be down to a faulty data socket and our firewall setup, throughout the entire time Charlotte was in constant contact and expediting the process to ensure things were fixed in the fastest possible time even using her technical knowledge to test and fix some of the issues herself which is a credit to her, her training, and MWB as a brand.Everyone at the centre has been amazing and it feels like they cant do enough to help, no job to big or small which is just what we wanted. Has been excellent at booking meetings and answering phones in a polite and professional manner. Can improvise very well such as when people turn up to meetings and I am still on return from an outside meeting.

Excellent Customer Service

Dolly is the backbone of the Baker St office, as she oversees the day to day running of the building and deals with every type of problem from the many clients. She is always happy to help and or advise as appropriate, and follows up to ensure every issue is resolved to the clients satisfaction.

Since Speedex Europe Ltd has been established in MWB Business Exchange, Phil has surprisingly managed to attend to all of our needs - from setting up the communication lines in our office to making sure our network server is running smoothly. In addition, he helps us with all the day to day needs for the company such as booking meeting rooms and looking after special deliveries.

I hired a meeting room on three occasions at the Baker Street location and twice at the Liverpool Street location and had great Service every time. I highly recommend MWB!
