During the recent bomb scare in the office Sam remained extremely calm and professional throughout the evacuation process, she kept us informed whilst we were unable to retrun to the office during the 24 hour period and took the trouble to make calls to our mobile phones when the office reopened. Excellent service during what must have been a very stressful time for her. If I could have nominated all four members of staff I would have.

Id like to nominate the entire Cambridge staff for the professional way they handled the incident on Monday 26th Sept 2011. Very impressive.

We have been delighted with Zeisha since she joined Floral Street. She is relentlessly cheerful, wonderfully helpful and often goes that extra bit - and then without ever being asked. Shes the best reception weve had yet...

During my time at Beattie Watkinson Consulting, I have always found the staff at Hammersmith Grove MWB to be very friendly and helpful. Melenda, in particular, has helped me, on numerous occasions, to deal with issues which have arisen at the time. I find her to be extremely efficient, very approachable and have always been treated with the upmost professional integrity, along with a sense of humour which keeps us all going. I know when something goes wrong or help is needed I can, most definitely, rely on her to help. Special thanks for all the help you have given over the hot summer days when the A/C broke down and we had to work in 30 degree heat. You ran around like a speedy gonzales delivering A/C portable units to all the clients and still had a smile on your face! thanks, you deserve a WOW Award!

I think Kanchan is a credit to MWB as she is excellent, when client facing. Importantly she always has a smile and is extremely professional.

having used another meeting room provider, we recently switched to this centre in John Eccles House. The staff could not be more helpful, setting up the room impeccably and making running a high level meeting a lot less stressful by answering requests with patience and speed.

Dolly very much deserves to be recognised for her efforts at Baker Street. She is a very warm and friendly person whos smile lights up a room and it is always a pleasure to see her on a Monday morning!! She has helped me and her clients out countless times and is always prepared to go the extra mile for everyone.
