During August and September 2011 MWB were short staffed in Reading and going through staff change overs. Erika continued to work efficiently with a high standard of support to us as clients. She helped with the introduction of new staff to us so that our requirements could still be met perfectly.

For a WOW award. Emily very kindly cut short a London shopping trip to meet me at the Oxford MWB Centre so I could retrieve some vital items needed from the reception area on her weekend. An asset to the MWB Team !!

On 26th September a suspicious device was found in MWB Cambridge, which later proved to be an actual dangerous device. All of the staff of MWB, throughout this, behaved with impexxable professionalism, working late into the night, keeping calm and calming those around them while remaining friendly and helpful throughout. I cannot think of a single thing they could have done better under such extraordinary and frightening circumstancesThank you!

I was really impressed how well the situation with the bomb was dealt with by the whole team.

MWB staff acted calmly and very professionally during the incident of 26/09/2011. They moved all of us out of trouble without causing undue panic. Hats off to the whole team.

Id like to nominate the MWB Cambridge Team (Nikki, Rachel, Sam, Dale and Amelia) for their professionalism shown during a recent emergency evacuation system which took place on Monday 26th September. This was due to a suspect package and so the situation was very scary and stressful, however the MWB team remained calm and dealt with the situation calmly, efficiently and professionally.

During the recent bomb scare in the office Dale remained extremely calm and professional throughout the evacuation process, he kept us informed whilst we were unable to retrun to the office during the 24 hour period and took the trouble to make calls to our mobile phones when the office reopened. Excellent service during what must have been a very stressful time for him.
