The girls at Harrogate are the most helpful members of staff we could ask for. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always quick to help us if we have a problem. Whether it be printing for us when our printer breaks or talking to our awkward clients, they always do it with a smile on their faces. They are an excellent representation for CEC and are an pleasure to work with.

I would like to nominate Marjan as she is always of great assistance to both myself and the company I work for. As a company, we regularly send requests to Marjan to which she always attends to both promptly and efficiently, which is very much appricicated by myslf and my colleagues. She is a pleasure to work with and her friendly and organised approach to her work is certainly a credit to her employers.

As the longest servicing client within MWB Business Exchange Nottingham I always appreciate the dedication and hard work that the team here at Nottingham provide to me and with that in mind I would like to nominate Jenny for a wow award because of her outstanding customer service and her ability to always go the extra mile.I would also like to comment on how friendly and professional the rest of the team are (Jacqueline, Anna, Carolyn and Rachel), a real credit to MWB Nottingham

I would like to nominate Dolly because I have yet to come across such due diligence and effort as far as customer care is concerned.Whenever I have needed anything minor or major from Dolly, she has gone above and beyond to make it happen: scheduling meetings, dealing with clients in a professional manner, organising simple things like post forwarding. Everything counts.It is really great to have a go to person in a large organisation; Dollys professionalism and willingness to help in every way possible reminds me daily why I chose to do business with MWB.Keep up the good work!

While we thought that we were experiencing an issue with our internet connection, Philip advised us on how to resolve the problem which was actually caused by a virus that he identified. As a general comment, I would say that Philip is always someone that we can rely on if we experience issues or need anything. He has a great attitude and he deserves to be nominated.

Phillip always has a huge smile on his face when I come in and out of the building. Recently he was extremely responsive to an issue we had with phone calls coming in that were pranks. He immediatley ensured that the phone numbers were blocked. In addition he checked in a few times after to make sure we werent having that same problem again.

Dolly is extremely reliable and efficient. No request is too small or big. She never lets me down and always follows up to ensure that I am happy with the outcome of my request. She covers all of our IT, meeting rooms requests, postal requirements and always manages all this with a smile.
