Philip is unfailingly courteous and always willing to help. He has a quiet, accomplished style which is very effective. Nothing is too much trouble, and if you need anything from Philip you know it will always be done. I would definitely like to recommend him for an award.

I would like to nominate the above 4 people for just doing their job very well and always looking after us here at MWB Paddington.I have been based in Paddington since November 2011 and they have always very helpful and friendly and will do anything they can to help you out which makes life so much easier.The whole team here at Paddington are great and really look after us and that goes a long way.All of the team are really friendly, polite and always have a smile on their face which make them so approachable.

I have used serviced offices for many many years and have had experience of many different locations and companies. I recently attended this location and have to say that the way i was dealt with was more akin to being in a 5 star hotel than in a business center. The team were professional, met all my needs, and in fact were falling over themselves to provide excellent service without being intrusive in any way - which as every business person knows is so very important.If this is what results from great leadership and training then other business centers please take note, MWB MILTON KEYNES ARE SETTING THE BAR VERY HIGH.

Tammy Tugwete - For being a very professional, friendly and extremely helpful receptionist.

Christina is a very happy and very approachable member of staff. I am always asking her for odd things or help with post and stuff and she is always willing to help and go that little bit extra.

Consistency in professionalism and efficiency. Outstanding problem-solving ability and extremely personable.

Dolly always goes out of the way to be heldful and accomodating.She is a credit to herself and MWB.

Monica is always there for the customer always proactive not reactive.She always has time for a joke and get job with a smile on her face.

I would like to nominate Emily for a WOW award - We had a urgent delivery that had to be shipped for next day and the Courier hadnt arrived at the time of closing our office. Emily kindly stayed beyond her normal working hours until 6.30pm when the courier arrived. Additionally her pleasant manner and positive attitude make her a fantastic asset to the Company.

Pilar is always helpful and cheerful and of high spirits whether on the front desk when its been freezing or at 1st floor reception always sorting my parcels and helping me out with time critical printing, scanning and email even at short notice as mine never seems to work!The whole team at the Strand are helpful and go out of there way so a big thank you for helping me with the office move as at one point I think I could have cried!jane
