Bradley has consistently exceeded expectations on every occasion he has worked for us, being available at all times to ensure the smooth running of our events and checking that we are well looked after and catered for. He often surprises us by offering more than we were expecting, and is very friendly, totally approachable and trustworthy. I would highly commend him for this award.

The MWB team at John Eccles House in Oxford are always very helpful and make working here a pleasure. I am nominating April for this award because of her positive response to an enquiry last week in which I asked if she knew where I could obtain a projector screen for a meeting elsewhere in Oxford. She immediately offered to talk with her contacts and arrange for the screen to be delivered to and collected from the venue. She also agreed to provide a contingency plan that would allow me to move the meeting to MWB at the last minute if it is was necessary to do so AND to provide lunch for the attendees. In the event I did not need to bring the meeting to MWB but it was very helpful indeed to know that this option was available. I really appreciated Aprils "can-do" approach and I know that she is able to work in this way because of excellent team work between her, Gemma and Emily.

Philip is always willing to help and find solutions to problems. He is also a genuine IT genius and we would be lost if he wasnt there to solve our frequent issues!

Emily has only been with MWB a short time but when ever asked for general assistance she is both attentive positive and professional. She has recently stayed behind beyond her finish time to wait for a courier which had been delayed, picking a kit up which was urgently required for surgery the following day and stayed until 6.30 to ensure they arrived. She went above and beyond the service we would ever expect from MWB And she is a great asset to the company!

Philip is always friendly and helpful. Sorts problems out straightaway. A genuine good guy.
