Ryan does a great job at the Tottenham Court Road MWB office. He is always helpful and polite and is always willing to go the extra mile to satisfy the requirements of myself and my colleagues at the NMC, whether it be resolving minor queries or larger tasks he is always on hand to help us out quickly and efficiently.Good work Ryan!

Today was my last day working in the MWB Birmingham Office. The welcoming and efficiant manner in which the building is run has made it a pleasure to come to work. It is hard to nominate just one member of staff for the WOW award. They all have unique qualities and personalities that creates this superb productive yet relaxed working environment. I will miss Angela, Brett, Mark, Lee, Karen, Jane, Dominic and George all very much and hope I will have the opportunity to meet up with them again.

Nothing is a problem with Dolly, she is always incredibly helpful and thoughtful. Even now that we are VO clients she greets us as family whenever we return to pick up post.

Dolly is without doubt the Queen of customer service. She always has a smile and is willing to help without making you feel it is a burden. No problem is too big for Dolly, she is a star.

She has always a helping manner and nothing is too mch trouble for her to organise and will listen and make very informed decisions to support your event to run smoothly every time, and I mean every time. All of the Baker Street team are consistently helpful and friendly. However, Dolly went the extra mile for us this week when I needed a meeting room at very short notice and none were available. Dolly managed to find us space however, and the meeting went ahead as planned. Crisis averted! Thanks Dolly.
