Recent Nominations

I have been working at The Learning Eye for 4 weeks and have discovered that the MWB Service Co-ordinators, in particular, always go that extra mile. I accidentally left my mobile phone in my unlocked office one eveing and panicked, as if stolen it as lots of personal information on it which would be hard to replace. I called my office and the phone was answered by Ms Bryany Dillon of MWB out of hours. Not only did she check that the phone was still in the office, but she took my phone and placed it in a secure place before locking the office, for which I was very grateful

I nominate Emily Lambourne for The WOW! Awards. Emily is so very helpful, always happy to assist and nothing is too much trouble. This morning I was expecting a technical engineer to fix a Laptop, he arrived early and, in my absence, Emily was kind enough to show him into my office where the engineer could carry out the repair. I was particularly grateful as, had he been left waiting, the engineer could have left. This is just one of many examples of Emilys outstanding support. Thanks Emily!

Emily is always very welcoming and professional, and informs me promptly of any special deliveries I receive (which is pretty frequently!). Additionally, Emily has recently helped me tremendously by finding out information which will enable me to persuade my landlord to improve the quality of the accommodation I currently rent. She did this under her own initiative, so it was a great surprise when she passed the information one to me.Thanks Emily!

A large parcel arrived for me which was required for work the next day (very early morning). I was contacted by Emily at MWB by phone to confirm that the parcel had arrived at reception. I was unable to get into work until later that evening. Emily arranged for the parcel to be brought to my office so that I would be able to collect it late that night. This attention to detail and keeping me informed was in my opinion above and beyond the call of duty and really proved to be very helpful.

Everything she does, she does with a smile and tries to make sure everything goes smoothly for us. Incredibly hard working but always professional and happy to assist.

Noraha is one of the consistently welcoming faces of Amadeus House. She exemplifies what is expected from a managed Service and is always knowledgeable, helpful and happy to assist.MWB could sit back and not provide the reassuring and friendly assistance that they do so consistently, having secured the Savvis contract. The dont, and by employing people like Noraha they demonstrate a commitment to customer excellence and retention.

I recently had to have spinal surgery and was off of work for 6 weeks. The lovely ladies on reception sent me the most gorgeous balloon bouquet which really cheered me up and brought a little tear to my eye! It was so thoughful. They really are the best reception team EVER! xx

Racheal has been extreamly helpful on many ocassions, she was able to exceed my expectations and needs. she is always able to provide the service in a fast and reliable way.

Amina is able to provide a fast and reliable service through out my experience working with MWB, she is able to provide a fast, reliable, and efficient service at all times when needed. My experience working with Amina and her colleagues is exemplary and would definitely recommend MWB because of this.
