Natalie has been inundated with work over the last week but has continued to deliver amazing customer service. I have requested printing and laminating at relatively short notice and she has accommodated these requests in her stride and has gone that extra mile to ensure that I have received what I needed and on time! In addition to this, due to the nature of the project that I am working on, many of the room bookings that I make change at short notice. Natalie has graciously flowed with my ever changing time table and ensured that all my room bookings where in place. As always, Natalie goes the extra mile to ensure that her customers come first and she always does it with a smile. Thank you.

My morning was going terrible and work wasnt where i wanted to be but Dolly put a smile on my face as soon as i opened the door. With her morning welcome i was happy again. That day i had been looking for a package and Dolly had already signed for it (as i was not in work the previous day) got it sent upstairs and put away. like any other day Dolly was there to reply to my emails ASAP and made the day easy again.

Id like to nominate Jack Quest for delivering outstanding customer service...well beyond the call of duty.Last week I realised I left my car park ticket in my pocket (and not on the windscreen of the car!). Unfortunately I wasnt able to get back to the car as we had clients coming in and I just assumed Id get a ticket and fine for not dispalying a valid car park ticket.Jack heard about my predicament and without hesitation offered to run back to the car park with my ticket (and car keys) and dispaly the ticket. Its a good 20 minute walk but Jack sprinted there and back in record time and I avoided a car park ticket and fine. He also made sure his line manager had approval for him to be off-site before leaving.Jack is a star and this just demonstrates his excellent customer service and friendly disposition. Everyone at Datalytics thinks hes great.Well done Jack!Stuart Hopwood
