We have had office in Tower Point since Nov 2011, the whole team: Anna Orme, Victoria Coombs & Kelly Starmer do an amazing job of making my business run smoothly. There are so many times they have all put themselves out for me and my team on a day to day basis which I wont go into detail. But on the 23rd August, we moved offices for the 4th time since being in the building (small business growing pains if you like) a move which could potentially cost our business thousands of pounds in work hours lost was minimised by the MWB girls efficiency and organisation before and throughout the move. Also Victoria going beyond the call of duty to sort us out a new home in the building and finally the fact they have many other companies to look after and still manage to make us feel special really made me want to nominate the team for their outstanding (wow) customer service they give my business day in and day out.

When ASV LAW was looking for convenient service offices, after many weeks of search it became apparent that MWB was the right partner.As one of our Partners stated, it is easy enough to find a good building, but what really makes the difference is the quality of the team that assist you in your daily work. With MWB Business Exchange of Milton Keynes we found a great team of reliable professionals ready to assist from day one. In our trade we are known to be very precise and rigorous, but with a smile. I was a resident client at Baker St for one year after which I switched to being a virtual office customer. I travel a great deal and had asked Dolly and Baker Street team to look out for correspondence from HM Government and to let me know when such letters were received. Recently Dolly not only phoned me and emailed me on receipt of such a letter but also on my request was kind enough to open it scan the contents and email the scan to me. I thought I would nominate Dolly - not just because she is a lovely personality but especially in this case as this is a strong show of dependability and teamwork and thanks to her I was able to meet my obligations to HM Government. Well done Dolly and thank you !

Svetlana Krockova & Charlotte Green for helping me on week ending 24 August. Needed lots of printing and scanning doing so that I could get quarterly reports in on time. They were a big help and I delivered my reports on time so all were happy.kind regardsJames

I would like to nominate Karen for exceptional service. She is always cheerful, courteous and has a delightful sense of humour. It is always a pleasure to visit MWB Business Exchange at Milton Keynes. It is a very cheering experience!

Over the last few months, Dolly has helped me with specific business requirements, in particular the organising of three very important and large scale events hosted at the MWB offices. I found her responsive, considerate, friendly and easy to work with - nothing I asked for was too much trouble. In addition, she ensured that the other members of her team were also fully prepared to handle the requirements of my events (two of which spanned two days) throughout.In addition, Dolly was proactive at ascertaining the needs of our group of guests, bringing refreshments and checking that all was in order in a discreet fashion. She also ensured that during the last event when we had several groups of people visiting throughout the day, that the visitors were shown to wait in another part of the building so as to prevent any uncomfortable overlaps, something I found to be sensitive and invaluable.Her service has impressed my own boss who has said going forward we will hold our London events at MWB as standard simply because the facilities and level of service has been so consistently high to date. Personally I find Dolly to be a sweet and genuine person with whom it is a pleasure to work.

Many thanks to everyone whom helped us with the move of offices. Special thanks to both Vik and Icilma whom helped moved all the boxes , cabinets and general other bits. Nothing was too much for them and they helped the whole thing run smoothly with phones and Internet back up in the space of an hour. Thanks also to Maria for arranging everything for us. Greg

Amina always goes beyond the call of duty. Very efficient and works with a smile. She always makes sure that every one of our needs are met and creates a fantastic atmosphere in the building. She is a fantastic member of staff and MWB should do everything to keep a hold of her.

Amina constantly goes out of her way to be helpful no matter how big or small our problem may be. She is an asset to MWB and is the most helpful member of the team. She is an absolute pleasure to work with.
