We recently (at World Cargo Logistics) moved to larger office space in same building. I would just like to nominate Catherine as the move went smoother than we could have hoped for. Fantastic preperation work on catherines part meant we were re-located and phones/PCs and broadband up and running within one hour. My MD based in london was also delighted with the smooth move and has asked that this appreciation is passed on officially to Catherine. many thanks,

I would like to nominate Faye Leonard for the Wow award for her exceptional customer service efforts.As a new tenant at London Wall Faye has been very welcoming and has gone above and beyond to meet our needs on a daily basis.

We are a new client of MWB Business Exchange and have been made very welcome by Faye Leonard and her team since our arrival. The support that she provides is of a very high standard and as we expand our business significantly in 2013, we aim to move to a larger facility within the existing building or the MWB network.

I recently had some parcels delivered to the office. The two boxes were correctly addressed to MWB but had no contact name on the label. Catherine called the company in her own time to establish that they belonged to me, and duly delivered them to me this morning! So I would like to say a massive THANK YOU to Catherine (who is a fabulous centre manager in my experience as she really cares for her clients).

I would like to nominate the MWB team in Nottingham, Anna, Carolyn, Jenny and Rachel. The level of service is second to none. The girls here are always happy to help in any way and do so with a cheerful attitude. I would definitely recommend the Business Exchange. I would also like to say that the staff here have been extremely helpful and I would highly recommend them. They are always happy, cheerful and create a great sense of community within the building.

My Nominee is JJ Hammond due to the fact that she has absolutely magnificent since we moved to MWB. She always has a smile on her face no matter what requests we make of her & is always available to us if needed. I know its her job to help out but she seems so happy knowing that her help has gone a long way in making my firm feel settled & at ease in our new surroundings. Also, a special mention for Laura who has very helpful to me & gave an A* induction to me a my colleagues.

April Moore & Emily Lambourne, April and Emily are continually helpful with any requests made and there unstinting support in order to help the business run effectively makes the workplace a much more enjoyable place to be. Just this week April was able to help us find office furniture.

I nominate April Moore from Oxford she is always ready to help with any queries we have, recently she sorted our voicemail system for us. Her can do attitude is great she is a real asset to MWB.Emily Lambourne recently sorted out an issue we had with our telephone bill she spent the time breaking down the calls and then went out of her way to explain it all it me, she is always smiling and keen to help with anything we may ask of her.

Hannah is an asset to reception. Always friendly and willing to help. Efficient and a great member of the team.
