Recent Nominations

There is no one particular event that has sparked me to nominate Chris for a WOW award but rather his overall professionalism and passion in his job, not to mention his great personality. He has only been with the company for a short while but in that time he has shone out where few others have and I think he deserves recognition for the role he plays here. Nothing is ever too much trouble and he is always, without exception (even after a car accident), cheerful, humourous and helpful. Having staff like Chris within the team makes a huge difference to people like me and having more people like him is exactly what MWB should be aiming for. Well done to the person who hired him!

I was off sick at the beginning of last week and it was a particularly busy period for meetings in our office, with no other admin support. Noraha and Caroline were just brilliant and stepped in to help so that it all ran smoothly. Thank you Ladies.

Another great service for a VIP meeting. On Thursday we hosted a board meeting for the Institute of Internal Communications (IoIC) - with a short turnaround the room was prepared in the exact way I wanted and my guests received a warm welcome from Lauren and Emily. It is reassuring to have Ryan on site with his IT knowledge; he is always happy to help and manages to sort out those IT gremlins promptly and cheerfully. Another well done to the Fitzrovia Team - including Rif and Charlotte.

Weve been in Cav Sq. since Feb 12 and move out tomorrow 11th Dec. The team have been first class to DOOR3 - always a pleasure to deal with, nothing ever too much trouble, and always giving me and my team great customer service. Even since giving notice on our office they have remained top class and being helpful and supportive wherever possible. They have been the best thing about DOOR3s experience with MWB

I would like to nominate Alistair for a WOW award for his great customer service all of which he always does with such a cheery manner. I would like to thank him for his help this morning with all of my post there was such a mountain of it and how his invaluable help made it much easier for me.Thanks Ali

I wanted to nominate Conan as he has consistently gone out of his way to ensure that we are looked after. He has demonstrated a can do approach and always goes that extra mile to ensure we get a great meal. Excellent customer service/ rapport building skills.In addition to this we have seen a major improvement to the quality of the food produced, which encourages us to dine there rather than to go outside the premises. Overall a job well done

I would like to say a huge thank you to the whole team based in Bristol for all their help with the event I ran on Monday 4th December. From 8am until 8pm they were friendly, helpful and always willing to go ‘the extra mile’ to help me with my busy day. I feel they exceeded my expectations on the day, from their flexibility with room availability to volunteering to help me set up 20 laptops. Thank you very much Carrie

Michelle Faulds, quite simply, is the most amazing employee you will have on your payroll. During the time we have had offices in MWB she has attended to our every need with effeciency, professionalism and a smile. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and crucially she always sees tasks through to the end. I am not nominating Michelle for any particular reason or task because there are simply too many to list. I am nominating Michelle because she is so good at everything that she does. Michelle Faulds is "one off" and a credit to MWB. I hope you already know this.

The team at Hays Lane are always there to help in any situation, they are very helpful and always deliver on time, meeting rooms are also spotless, its nice to have a team who I can share a joke with...they make my day.
