Khermony helped enormously during my 5 days training session at MWB where I was training for the College of Law. He is an outstanding employee and nothing was too much trouble for him. He made my 5 days at MWB total stress free.

Having had an operation on my foot and not being able to manage stairs, the team at MWB found me an office on the first floor to work from so that I could get back to work as soon as quickly as possible. Not only did they accomodate me and my crutches but they prepared the room with all the necessary accesses ahead of my return and then popped by the door to offer tea/coffee - just to make sure I was all right. I have to have the same done to my other foot at some point this year and I have no worries about getting back to work just as quickly next time. I cant thank them enough for their professional and personal service which is well worth a WOW!

Ryan went out of his way to help us with some technical issues in our office.

I want to nominate Chuks because he is an excellent employee, when he is in reception he is always smiling, kind, helpful and very friendly, he gives a good image to the centre.Additionally, we experienced a lot of issues in our office with the phones, internet, etc... and he assisted us in a prompt way and made sure our problems were sorted asap.He is always willing to help and keep customers happy and satisfy with the services provided by the centre.He should win....

Always professional and helpful whenever we need him!

I work for Arum in the Westpoint building. I dont attend the office very often perhaps only a few days a month.However the reception staff have learnt my name and the reception team always make me smile when I see them. I always find an excuse to pop and say hello when I go to the office. When Ive needed to use the meeting rooms, they are always spot on with the details and make any visitors feel welcome.

Ruby has been amazing throughout our time in MWB. Not only always happy and helpful, but by always going the extra mile to help us. We drip fed our keys and swipes so slowly to the point no one could remember who had and who hadnt returned them leaving us with a rather large bill. Ruby contacted the Security co. to see whos cards were still active and whos had been returned, allowing us to chase our team and get a few more cards back thus saving us money. She was an absolute star and our Head of Accounts is singing her praises. Thank you Rubz from all of us at Clear Cut, with an extra big Thank you from Mal who couldnt have done it all without your help.

On the morning of Friday 1st March, I was making last minute amendments to a tender due to be printed and submitted in Edinburgh City centre by no later than midday. As I started to compile the hard copy, our office printer made the timely decision to call it a day. With no time to try fix it, I asked reception if they had a printer I could use. With myself in a panic, the MWB staff stayed calm and offered their assistance. By e-mail and USB stick I got the information to them and they were more than happy to not only print it, but also help me collate everything into a well presented tender document which was submitted by the deadline. We are still awaiting a decision on the contract, however if we are successful or not, credit has to go to the ever helpful and very professional MWB staff.
