What can I say? Jeremy is the man to know when your in a sticky situation! Always ready to come to our office and sort a problem out and always happy to help! This is the kind of staff MWB must keep within their Business as people like him are hard to come by!

Awesome and Lovely... Always a pleasure to deal with...

Yet again Charlene was on hand when we had a problem and she was with us in no time. I am unsure how she seems to know how to sort out the routers and wiring to the laptops (!) but whilst we were nervous which leads to plug or unplug - she calmly talked us through it; sorted the problem and helped us get back up and working without any stress. We have worked with other people who make you feel you are really putting them out and troubling them - but not Charlene; she geniunely always seems to want to help the tenants - no matter what the request - and nothing seems to be too much trouble. It makes us feel comfortable asking for her help and she is always very cheery. Does this equate to a "WOW". I hope so.

Thanks for all the help since we set up in Paddington 8 months ago. I only wish we could find an admin assistant as helpful as you all have been!

Suan is always very understanding and very helpful when ever i ask her to help me ie location of meeting rooms and sometime clients.Her lovely smile always brightens up the day. I look after the clients for pwc.When they come to HG they always mention about the lady with the lovely smile has been so helpful.I know its Suan by the discription the give me.Suan must be great employee for her company.

I have temporarily moved into Alpha House, and find all the staff extremely helpful, they respond to enquiries immediately and always have a smile on their faces. Pleased to come to work here as everyone so friendly and helpful

I had to move office from the ground floor to the second floor. Myself and my colleague, both female, were helped by Damaine, who works on the reception desk at the MWB building at 25 Floral Street. He, on his own, took up our filing cabinet, cupboards and table - basically, the really heavy furniture that we couldnt manage. We couldnt have moved without his help. He then sorted out our phones and internet and the move was totally smooth and done in record time. Damaine is always friendly and helpful, but yesterday he really rescued us!

Very efficient and always smiley!
