Recent Nominations

Recently my step sister was made redundant and I was speaking to Michelle to see if there were any vacancies within MWB or within the businesses in the building. Michelle suggested I get her CV and she would arrange for it to be circulated. I simply emailed the CV and a covering letter and Michelle distributed the CV throughout the building. I feel Michelle has gone beyong her role as centre manager as she did not need to offer to do this. This shows the caring and helpful nature of Michelle. Michelle's (the centre manager) attitude and customer focus is reflected right throughout her entire team at trident One who can not do enough to help. Whether or not it is a smiling face on entrance to the building or even when the staff look round the car park in all weathers to find a space for one of our visitors. You cannot fault the attitude and helpfulness of Michelle and her staff. I just felt the excellent service and assistance Michelle and her team give was worth a mention!! I would like to Nominate Gavin based on how he handled our room booking for 60 people last week. He was superb assistance in setting up the room and for managing the requirements of the differents groups throughout the day. He exhibited great customer service at all times, was polite, supportive and extremely helpful - you are frtunate to have such a good employee.

I would like to recommend Hannah for this award. Her professionalism is the reason we chose CEC Brighton for our southern sales practice and the support of Hannah and her team in the past 14 months has been un-parrallel. Hannah leads a very good team and they are a credit to her

I was really impressed with Claire as she went out of her way to assist me during the day. Nothing was too much trouble and she was incredibly friendly. There were a few problems i had to solve during the day and she bent over backwards to resolve them for me, even though the problems were not the fault of MWB. Later that night, she even stopped in the street to say "hello" as i walked towards the station which made me feel like a really valued customer. Thank you!

Emma continues to respond to any last minute requests that we ask of her - this is invaluable when you are working in a fast business such as our own.

I had some serious problems with a courier who insisted they had dropped off all the parcels. This was untrue and with the help of Oksana we managed to get it sorted out. She was polite, firm but fair and saved me a lot of time and bother sorting this out for me. Time is money and she saved me lots.

I would like to nominate the whole of the Operations Team in Brighton for a WOW Award! I appreciate this may not be the norm but I can say, point blank, that each one of them is a credit to your organisation! Since our occupation in 2007, the whole team, without exception, have made us feel extremely welcome and has always gone above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our office runs as smoothly as possible. Sadly we (ICP Search) are leaving to take on a conventional office lease but I could not go without given the team our huge thanks! We are very sad to be leaving the team behind and wish we could take them all with us!! They are a real asset to your company and I cnnot recommend them highly enough!!

This person goes above and beyond the call of duty, she is always ready to help and nothing is too much. Although she is the regional manager of an office team, she is not averse to getting the job done by acting as part of the team, even if it is a demeaning task. She is always friendly and is never without her warm and constant smile of which makes it a pleasure to come into work, just to see her angelic beam. She is a credit to her company and her team.
