Aggi is based at Kew Road Richnond meeting centre and we had facilities there on 30th November. We are London United Transport. Frm the very first discussions with Aggi he constanly gave the impression that he was in control of everything and our satisfaction was the most important thing to him. On arrival he personally escorted us to the venue rooms and explained everthing. He re-assured us of the details of our requirements by re-stating them to us on arrival and was there throughout the day to deliver whatever was required. The car parking was a problem on the day for our delegates as staff had taken most of the places and this had not been forseen due to difficult weather conditions. Aggi went outside the building to re-direct candidates who had been told to park at the venue to re-direct them. His level of customer service was over and above what was expected and I would use the facilities again because of this.

Joe exhibits the kind of work ethic and professionalism that one wishes were characteristic of us all. She is always happy to help out with anything you need no matter how big or small. She is always friendly, helpful and courteous . She is a credit to the company

Dolly has been always very friendly and helpful and has provided excellent service to myself and my colleagues on many occasions. Continued excellent customer service and always bright and cheerful. She is the best.

Our Managing Director needed to move desk fairly urgently, so I needed Aggy's help to set up Floorports, telephones etc at very short notice. Aggy was extremely busy when I made the request but he made the time to attend to our needs urgently and did a fantastic job getting everything set up. Our MD was literally able to sit at his new desk and have the same connectivity as he'd enjoyed before, crucial in a busy office environment. Aggy's work was not only professional but also tied in with our business needs as he recognised the urgency, and acted immediately. This is just one example of many where he and the other MWB staff have gone over and above to provide excellent service.

We've been here for 7 months and the service is faultless; all of the staff bend over backwards to make things as easy for us as possible, from colour printing to getting in 20 coffees with 5 minutes notice and always smiling. They are super lovely.

We have two offices with MWB one in London and our Main one in Brighton, I felt the need to nominate Brighton due their excellent service and outstanding attention to detail. Nothing is too much trouble and it's always done with utmost professionalism and and most importantly a smile. I think it's always good to reward people when they have done a good job and the Brighton MWB team certainly have.
