In my view in addition to be very efficient Ania Wojtaszewska is also very courtes and considered keeping by fulfilling all her undertakings promptly.

I would like to nominate Baljit Bains. Everytime I have asked for help she has been very helpful and efficient, she is very approachable and always providing a great smile. She has great empathy towards the Clients within the Cannon Street MWB. I believe she should be recognised for these attributes she brings towards MWB.

Veronica can do nothing but make you smile, she has a certain charm that makes you feel welcome, no matter how bad your day might be!

Our mission at City Psychology Group is to provide an excellent experience for our clients, who visit our offices within MWB's Liverpool Street premises for counselling and psychotherapy. The nature of our business makes it essential for the service to be as professional, confidential and comfortable for our clients as possible. Amongst the team at MWB, Agnieszka Janiszewska stands out for her attention to details, understanding of our needs and reliability. A credit to the team and company

Since moving into trident one in december 2009, I have been thoroughly bowled over by the professionalism, courtesy, friendliness and problem solving of all the Manchester team, but especially of these three. Moving business is always a difficult time, but having your team around me has made the whole process lots easier. Heather in particular has sorted out our comms issues quickly, has provided solutions and always with a smile on her face. Andrea has delt with our sometimes difficult customers on the phones, and both Andrea and Beth always have a cheery smile and a "good morning" for me whenever they see me. Having come from an office complex that does not have the benefit of such a proactive team I think that you should be very proud of your team here at Trident One. I had no hesitation in recommending your office premises to anyone being shown around, when I ran into some yesterday.
