I would like to nominate Jackie for a WOW award for her incredible efforts helping us install new desks into our office space. We've had a recent recruitment phase, and our previous desks were just too big to fit in all our staff members. In less than a week Jackie managed to have 36 desks custom made for us by your central warehouse, organise the removal of our old desks, the installation of the new desks and she then gave up her Sunday to come in and make sure the whole process ran smoothly and we were completely satisfied with the process. In addition Jackie got her hands dirty and helped us unpack numerous boxes, she then fetched lunch for us all so we could continue to work through and finish as early as possible and was generally an all round superstar. Her dedication to her job and ensuring we were completely satisfied with the changeover was a credit both to Jackie and to MWB as a whole. Her organisational skills were amazing in getting so much organised for us in such a short timeframe, and the end result is a much improved workspace for us to continue to grow within. Honestly have to say that I am struggling for words to describe how I feel about this team... In all seriousness I never have to worry about anything. Everything is done with a smile, without fuss and with the utmost urgency! Any questions are answered quickly and efficiently and no problem is too small or large. Absolutely top class in all areas although Mark could do with wearing a little more blusher on occasion.

Lovely girl, very helpful, proffessional, on time, always happy to go the extra mile, trustworthy and a pleasure to have nearby if i need anything.

I have been working with the TSA and they held three events at Fitzrovia this year: 18th and 24th February and 10the March. On my first visit Veronica asked my name, on subsequent visits she greeted me, by name as soon as arrived. there was a week between the first and second visit and two weeks between the second and third. I am seriously impressed. Added to the superlative ongoing customer service she provided throughout each day, it all constitues a massive WOW!

I feel this young lady needs a nomination due to how much constructive critisism she took on board and learnt from it. We had a few teathing issues with this memeber of staff when she first started. She approached us direct instead of complaining behind our backs and asked what we felt she could do better. I feel that this is a very rare experience to find someone this upfront and honest and since we talked she has been outstanding to the extent of our clients commenting on her "positively" when they leave. She is always smiling and always polite and is refreshing to know she has integrity and honesty. She has improved 110%
