Since we moved into Euston Fitzrovia, visitors who come to the building comment on the friendly efficiency of Veronica. She invariably follows up on issues raised to ensure they have been solved. Veronica's great quality is to be consistently cheery and effective in her work, both to clients working in the building and to visitors. She is a great asset to MBW's front of house and undoubtedly a popular member of the team.

29/04/2010 On my first visit to our new office at Euston/Fitzrovia a week ago, Veronica Stuart welcomed me and guided me through all procedures. She was most courteous and helpful. Well done Veronica.

We have recently moved in the office and as a new business Beth has been invaluable. Her assistance with IT & phones was amazing. We couldnt have done it without her. Its great coming into work every day as she always greats us with a smile.

Veronica is my opinion MWB's shining star and her work should be the standard against which all others are measured. All day every day she wears an infectous smile coupled with a can do atttitude where nothing is to much trouble. She is the heart and sole of the building. This nomination isnt something that took place a year ago, it is a nomination about an experience she delivers consistently all day, every day and we will most certainly miss her first class service now we have moved on.

I would like to nominate Anna Kiorkian for a wow award because I think she is a very efficent assistant centre manager. Always reliable and excellent at problem solving. Whenever there has been any issue Anna has been on the case straight away and her proffesional attitude is a credit to MWB! Anna consistently gives first class customer service and is approachable and proffesional at all times!
