I am choosing Jheison for providing excellent customer service for our event on 6th October which was very successful. Leding up to the event Jheison answered my queries promptly and was very friendly and approachable. Teach and Trade had an event on the 7th and 8th October 2010 and Louise and her team were great, nothing was too much for them and they were completleyefficient througout the 2 days.

Its difficult to single out one individual because what I really like about the team in Richmond is the way they gel together as a team. Its very rare that you get a team of people that complement each other so well and communicate with each other so effortlessly and effectively. They are always friendly, helpful, chatty and most importantly - always smiling. They really make the extra effort to make you feel as though your request is the most important request of the day - and Im sure they have a hundred other requests daily! The MWB processes are also flawless; if you ask for something - whether it falls within their remit or not - they are always willing and happy to help; and the job gets done. Thank you for being such a fantastic team!

Sara (and Alistair Ganiza) were extremely helpful with relocating our entire office after a serious flood in our office. They immediately found new offices for us and helped us to physically relocate with the minimum of disruption to the rest of our staff. Sara has gone out of her way to make sure we are all settled and that any issues have been sorted out immediately

I would like to nominate Stacey for an award as she is very professional, dedicated and enthusiastic in her work. She has excellent customer service focus and nothing is ever too much trouble for her. Stacey always does her best to help us and make you feel like a valuable client and her friendly approach is a breath of fresh air.Keep up the good work. Gareth

Jheison has always been very reliable and helpful whenever we put on events. We feel very comfortable that we will be able to resolve any issues that might pop up when he is on site. We all really appreciate his help.

Aggy has always been polite, courteous and helpful to all of our team. Ideally I would have liked to nominate all of the team here. However, if there is one person who stands out for the fact that he will always go the extra mile for us it is Aggy.

Jana amongst her colleagues is very supportive and always willing to help with fixing any problems occured in the building. She is always very cheerful, friendly and reliable.

Mandana is the best of a very good bunch here in MK. Always happy, positive and busy. In her current position she seems under-employed relative to her level of initiative and ability to get things done.

MWB: Tottenham Ct RoadVeronica, as always delivers EXCEPTIONAL service and could teach our head office front of house team a lesson or two. She is a truely exceptionally talented person who brings such warmth and honesty to her role. Beyond the call of duty she contacted me to advise of a misdirected parcel that had arrived to the building and considering this turned out to be my unborn babies FIRST ever present, I was SOOO grateful that it wasnt just returned to sender. Again, I thank you Veronica for your service and hope that the gratitude is acknowledged.
