Primacy had booked a training room for 25 November to hold a presentation to 20 people. The booking was confirmed from 12pm-5pm. When we turned up yesterday at 12pm, MWB didnt have any record of the booking on the system. Luckily I had my booking confirmation with me. Aggy was fantastic because he organise a room with lunch, coffees, teas etc within 20 mins and was very helpful and efficient. He did everything he could to make the room ready for us in time for the presentation and we were able to start on time at 1pm. Without him, we would have been stuck. Having dealt with Aggy in the past when Primacy was based in the building, I find him to be an excellent member of the MWB team. He is helpful, friendly, efficient, polite, jolly and always willing to help. Thank you so much to Aggy for rectifying the problem yesterday and he has since confirmed that it was an MWB error and not a Primacy error. Thank you

I believe that Andrea and Bet have excellant customer service skills, and are always on hand to rectify anything that crops up. I always have great communication and feedback from them. Just wanted to say - Thank you so much for what you have done for us, and look forward to working closley in the future.

Cheryl gave me lift from Bracknell to Reading station yesterday so that I would not miss an important meeting.

‘WOW’ sums this up perfectly! I nominate April Moore from the Oxford Centre for her positive and immediate response to a huge, unexpected, multiple courier shipment task. Without any prior notice, our Company needed to ship 60 urgent packages to 60 different European addresses over 28 different countries. All the complicated oversees address information had to be input manually and processed via the FedEx portal in a very short time. April received the list around 10:30 and by 4pm that day all packages had been successfully prepared and shipped out. Thank you so much to April for her invaluable help to coordinate this.
