At our time at Q16 in Quorum Business Park Leanne Wood went above and beyond to help us out on many occasions. And she always kept a smile on her face. Outstanding service! Thank you.

Did a brilliant job of organising a meeting room for an important and high profile meeting at very short notice. Recieved positieve feedback from the meeting attendees.

Jheison constantly offers what I feel is a personal service. He is always there to help and meet the demands of our business meetings with an extremely professional but friendly attitude. Definitely a benefit having him on your team. In particular he booked a large meeting for a potential client of ours and with the help of Lenka and Charlene, the meeting was successful. Thank you very much to the team and those people in particular.

I would Like to nominate Jacqueline Turnbull for a wow award because of her outstanding customer service. Jacqueline is a credit to MWB, after returning from her maternity leave she has continued to provide excellent customer care and support. We require meeting rooms and other services and Jacqueline is always efficent and helpful and always does things with a smile on her face.

I would like to nominate Amy for the great job that she did organising a courier to collect and deliver my parcels for the recent event we have attended in London. As this was the first event I have organised for my company she made things so much easier and it was great to know that she had it all under control for me. Thank you Amy!

Since Ruans arrival here the appraoch to customer issues has improved exponentially. He is intelligent, courteous and efficient in his manner and dialogue to ensure he knows his clients and is able to therefore assist when required. A real asset and definitely management material.

Paula has managed to clear up some long lasting problems dragging on from MLS which were ignored by earlier staff. Her attention to detial and courteous, logical asssitance has demostrated a real understanding of management best practise

Muhammed offers both a professional service and friendly smile which, at Reception, is the front face of MWB and the most important. He is totally supportive and efficient and cannot be more highly recommended by myself and my team.

We are nominating Helen, Mia and Kinga, as they have been a huge help this week (our first week) in Amadeus House, thank you all so much.
