Outstanding member of your staff. There is nothing which is too much trouble for Beth who has remained consistant since the day we moved in (Jan 2010). I think I have nominated Beth previously for an award. In truth I should be doing this more often as she is a rare breed who doesnt simply consider her work to be "just a job". She actually cares.

We asked for teas and coffees for a meeting to be brought forward an hour. With only 7 or 8 minutes before the start time, Harriet completed the task she was doing, prepared everything and installed it in the room before the start of the meeting. Amazing, and olympic grade running round the building! Well done for the WOW, very much deserved.

Mandana has always been very helpful and is an asset to your company. she has greeted all our clients in a friendly manner and leaves a good impression. She is always happy and easy to approach and is willing to go the extra mile to offer a proffesional service without hesitation. thank you very much for all the effort and hard work.

Nothing is too much trouble for Paul. He is always helpful and extremely cheerful. Paul never stops thinking of ways to help his customers and contributes to the warm and receptive atmosphere that all the team in Bracknell engenders.

Ally Miciul BDM at City Executive Centres I met Ally nearly a month ago now, and until 2 days ago she worked with myself and my senior management team to make our London office a reality in Farringdon. On first impression I was very impressed with the great customer care she gave me, she was polite, professional, and was an outstanding ambassador for City Executives. On negotiation of the price for our new office she was accomodating to our budget and needs and she was able to work with us to ensure that we were happy at the right price point. She has made a continuous effort throughout the deal and after to ensure that as new clients we get everything we need and has made a proactive approach in creating a great relationship with the company, team, and management.She deserves a big "wow" for outstanding service!All the best Steve

For going the extra mile! Tiphanie and James are two fantastic individuals and a credit to MWB!They always do their best to support the event we co-host with them, despite early start times.This week they were truly outstanding, with Tiphanie getting up specially at 5pm in the morning and coming into the Centre at 6.15am to help us get ready for todays event.I am quite sure that with staff with such stregths, the centre will surely blossom.I also witnessed repeatedly how they interact with clients, there is a real feeling of cammaraderie in the centre, which simply does exist in other centres we work with.Well done to them both, and long may they continue to be there keeping up the good work :-)With gratitude, Mark

Ive used MWB rooms in Bracknell, Liverpool Street and Manchester King Street over the last 5 months. Bracknell were good, Liverpool Street impersonal and reluctant but Manchester and more specifically Sharon and her team were outstanding. They ensured the whole experience was seemless, stress free and pleasureable. Our trainees were equally impressed and had nothing but priase for the venue but more specifically for Sharon and team.
