Recent Nominations

Our server went down in the middle of the night towards the end of June 2011. I was not working in the office that day and our IT company advised that someone had to physically go into our office to check and re-start the server. As it was around 8 am and none of our staff had yet arrived at work, I called Aggy who immediately went into the office, liaised directly with our IT company and fixed the problem allowing us to be up and running again within a matter of minutes. This is not an isolated demonstration of Aggys commitment to his role or support to Hume Whitehead. He has shown us time and time again that he is prepared to go above and beyond the call of duty to help us when needed ... and hes a lovely person too, liked and respected by the whole Hume Whitehead team. Thank you, Aggy - youre a star and a credit to MWB!

The difference with MWB and our last Service Offices is typified in Beth. She is helpful, very quick to support our IT/Admin needs and welcoming to clients - something that is lost on some of MWBs peers Im afraid. An all round professional who should be nominated.

It always a pleasure coming into Baker Street each day, Dolly will always be available to help with a big smile when asked.

Ryans customer service is the best ive received in a long time - very helpful and goes out of his way to assist you with everything you need. I will always ensure speaking to Ryan if you need something done as he is very proactive which adds to the excellent customer service. Always a happy chap and generally a really nice guy!

Ryan has provided an excellent service -- certainly above and beyond the call of duty. After a confusing and potentially expensive time trying to sort out internet access for my firm, Ryan provided sound, intelligent advice and support. This even extended to going to the shop to buy the equipment that we needed, explaining the best option, fitting it and making sure that the system worked well.
