How to raise a complaint
If you are not satisfied with the service that MWB Business Exchange or City Executive Centres provides then you can raise a complaint to help us solve the problem, by filling in the form below.
All they require is your name, email address and phone number (So they Business Exchange can get back to you about your complaint) and your complaint.
None of the information will be published on the site or be used for any other purpose than dealing with a complaint.
Once you have completed the form, please click the “Submit Complaint” button. Then you will receive an email confirming your complaint.
