27742. Trafalgar Ward
I dont like hospitals at all but Trafalgar ward made me feel reassured at all stages of my treatment and at no time did I feel I was being ignored or a burden when I asked a question. The whole of Trafalgar ward were concerned that I understood medical needs and treatment and even made time to laugh and talk to me.

This was a very constructive and well organised assessment. Grace put me at ease and made me feel that she had plenty of time to talk to me and answer my questions. It was good to be seen before appointment time and not be rushed out the door and being given a chance to ask questions.
