He's funny. Helps people know that the saw he uses is safe and a very good cast replacer. Also there were lots of different plasters which made me go WOW!!!

Florencio Maduli and the team. It seems to be no bother what you want doing, theres no problem, they'll do anything for you.

Michelle delivered both of my children and I would recommend her to anybody. She was very professional and made the experience extra special. I would not hesitate to request her again should I have any more children.

I was admitted to HDU on 7th September untill 15th after emergency surgery for a ruptured AAA. All the staff looked after me so well. Their wasn`t any any job to small for them to tack care off. I had arrived not realy knowing what had gone on. This was all explained to me, I was even given a print out of what a "AAA" was. I cannot praise the staff highly enough for their care. Thank you all. Also the nurse in ICU that took care of me when I arrived after the operation was fantastic with reassurance, kindness and care. I cant remember her name but im sure that there must be a record.of this. Once again thank you all.

Many thanks to Mr Mohamed and his team for saving my life on 6th September. He repaired a ruptured "AAA". Without their expert help I wouldn`t be here to write this. Thank you all.

Today I attended the Elliot ward for assessment prior to surgery. I was a little apprehensive but need not have worried as I was treated with respect and kindness throughout. I was particularly impressed at every stage by the efficiency and speed of service. I did not have to wait for any length of time anywhere and had all the relevant tests including an ECG within a short period. The final stage was to see Lily who greeted my husband and me with a cheery Happy New Year and invited us both to her office. She offered explanations of everything in a very clear and friendly manner. She is a very good ambassador for the hospital. I left her armed with literature about admissions and anaesthesia and a feeling of confidence in what will happen and her assurance I will be in safe hands and well cared for.

Sineid is loving,caring and also responsible. She takes care of me and arranges all the equipment for me as fast as she can. My difficult times she made me laugh by doing her jokes and when it was my injection time she does her funny jokes and before I know it the injection was done. She also takes care of my mum giving her support. We never had to tell her what needs doing she does it quickly and fast. I like her very much and would like to say that she deserves this nomination as she has the WOW! Factor.

I would actually like to nominate the whole department who looked after me on 17th December when I had my portacath procedure. If I had to mention people by name, it would be Tracey and Mila, who were so kind and patient. Tracey, especially, for chasing up the blood results which caused a delay of an hour and a half (another department's mistake) and looking after my husband while my surgery was taking much longer than anticipated. The whole department are deserving of a BIG WOW!!

When I came on the hospital I was very poor and sometimes got very upset. Ann was the person who came and helped me to cheer myself. I didn't have any school work but Ann arranged all the education support. My school wasn't taking my education seriousely but Ann got on the phone everyday and arranged my school work. I think this is extraordinary as she knew that education was very important and also she knew I was very serious about it. Ann keeps me busy and she is my best friend. Thank you Ann.
