Very friendly, comical, works well as a team. Cheered me up thoroughly . Remember even after after a time their previous patients. Fantastic and do a brilliant job. Would be great to have more NHS staff who deliver such quality service to members of the public. David and Jackie are a great asset to the NHS! Deserve a Wow award!

Debbie was professional and caring from the start and put me at ease. She trusted how I felt when I asked for gas and air. I think she believed I was asking too early but gave me the benefit of the doubt thankfully as I started pushing 2 contractions later. She even came and said goodbye when her shift had ended.

Delivered my baby (third) naturally after 2 previous emergency sections. Knew exactly how to speak to me and what was needed for a safe delivery. She was so friendly and obviously knew her job inside out.

Absolutely calming, kind, respectful and discreet. I simply could not have done it without her help and calmness. Amazing facilities and whole place and people. Thank you!

I underwent an endoscopy and sigmoidoscopy on 22.11.12 Terri was incredibly patient and understanding of my needs. I suffer from osteo arthritis, so mobility is difficult. She pulled out all the stops to help me with this - nothing was too much trouble. She explained everything fully and provided much needed reassurance. She really made a procedure I was dreading so much more tolerable. Everything was done with a smile.

They are very kind and look after me when I needed them. They seem to be born for their profession.
