I would be sitting at home if it wasn’t for the Grange, the staff are helpful and it’s fantastic to meet lots of people and have a good time. The staff deserve an award because they work very hard and give us a good service.

She is the most caring kind and helpful person I have ever met. I moved into Clements House and she has made me feel so wanted and in just this short time I'm completely settled and happy. I'm 95yrs and seeing her smiling face every day makes my day, nothing is too much trouble and she deserves this award.

Was seen immediately was efficient and courteous, friendly and explained the whole process. Made me feel valued and not just a number. He also made me laugh whilst dealing with a very boring subject (council tax). He made it a very pleasant visit, I left the building happier and smiling, not many people can say that when visiting the council! Can I come back again for more jokes please?

I would like to say that all Haringey Customer Service staff at Hornsey and at the Call Centre have been extremely professional, understanding, patient and where extremely helpful.

He is friendly and helpful Informative and Knowledgeable. He will go the extra mile to get the item you want. He comes into the centre with a smile and says hello.

We would just like to thank Haringey for its prompt action in dealing with our query. The officers contacted us very promptly after the initial call and also dealt with the issue very promptly as well as calling back to let us know what action had been taken and who the noise duty officer would be later in the evening should there be any further problems.

We were very impressed by the level of service provided and the swiftness, politeness and general attitude of both the out of hours and the  call centre Everyone we have dealt with has been extremely helpful, managed our expectations  and are truly willing to help. We’re very glad to know that we can rely on our council this way.

Natalie has an exceptional talent. I am very pleased to have met her in a time of my life when I was at a very low point.  She gave me hope and I will thank her forever.

Words may be small, but the sentiment of gratitude is huge!  You have built a second family for my son in this nursery making him happy and willing to come every day.  He received discipline and love at the same time; he was helped with his behaviour and language problems and this help has always been over my expectations. All the teachers are brilliant, I really thank everybody for making this place unique.  My son cannot express his feelings yet, but I am pretty sure that he will always keep you all in his hear, as well as I will do.
