Haringey council employ over 8,000 people and deliver over 700 different services to 226,000 residents in over 100,000 households.

The WOW! Awards scheme is an easy way for our customers to say “thank you” to our staff for the exceptional service that that have received.
So, if you feel that you have received a service that made you say WOW, please complete the nomination form and give the employee or team the recognition they deserve.

We are proud to have been the very first local authority to launch the WOW! Award scheme back in 2006 and have been overwhelmed by nominations since then. This is a unique and exciting scheme and from the start the number of nominations from our customers has continued to grow each month.
Haringey is also very proud to have won the following national WOW! awards for delivery excellent customer service:
• Winners at the National Customer Service Awards 2007, 2008 and 2009
• WOW! Award winners – 2009 – best local authority; best team; best healthcare provider as well as a number of finalist positions.
