33891. Joe
Centre: Falaise boot camp
Joe is a very very nice man. He is approachable, friendly and dedicated to his team. Joe has given us much advise over the past few years while working at Falaise and at Bexhill Leisure Centre. Joe encorouges us to try new equipment and progress our training each time we see him. Recently Joe took the time to explain how a new exercise would help us and adapted it to take into account previous injuries. Joe always speaks, even when he is training himself in his own time, nothings is too much trouble - that is rare these days! We believe Joe is an asset to the company and we hope he is rewarded for all is efforts, not just towards us, but to all members he supports. Well done Joe, your a star!!

34168. K2 set up team and Dan and Gloria Newstead
Centre: K2 Crawley
IAPS Swimming Finals involving nearly 900 swimmers and over 2000 spectators. Set up started at 10.00 pm and left the centre at 11.30pm. Started again at 07.00 next day and finished at 8.30pm. Nothing was to hard, difficult or anything else for the team at K2. From tables, chairs, bottles of water needed all over the place. They just got on and did it quietly and efficiently. I was in awe and more than appreciative. Thanks you made what could be a hellish experience a complete breeze.

34055. Sue Baker
Centre: The Dolphin
I would like to nominate Sue because every contact I have with her is nothing but a pleasure and having spent 12 years in customer service and seeing the standard of service provided in general in the market it is easy to spot someone that is exceptional and Sue is. Having recently had difficulty running my club which has been running for 6 years she has been a great support in trying to find solutions to not just keep it running but also help it's growth and even though I still need to close down due to health reasons she has made it a great experience and I will have no hesitation about contacting her when I am able to return. She has been brilliant and is more than deserved of recognition.

33856. Matt Southam
Centre: Hailsham Leisure Centre
I have had personal training with Matt for a few months and have attended his Saturday morning running group, as well as his new group which just started up a few weeks ago on a Monday evening. His commitment to running and PT is fantastic and keeps motivational levels high, not only for me but the entire running community he has developed. I have now lost over a stone and wish to continue my gradual weight loss and keep it off. Running used to be a burden but now I love it, thanks to Matt!!

34154. Michael Bignall
Centre: The Triangle
I wanted to say a big well done to Michael who works in the café. Michael dealt with a very difficult and demanding customer in a very calm and polite manner.

34160. Karen Lewis
Centre: The Triangle
Karen really quickly responded to an e-mail that I sent requesting records for my childrens' attendance at the Triangle's holiday club as I had been asked to provide proof of my costs for a random HMRC audit. I sent an e-mail on the morning of Monday 20th May at around 9.30 and by 15.40 Karen had found the records and printed out receipts for me to collect from the front desk that evening. I really appreciate the speed of her response as I can't keep the tax man waiting. Thanks to Karen

33970. Matt Kingshott
Centre: The Dolphin
We held a Badminton England play off match on 21st April 2013 at the Dolphin. We had 20 matches to play in a limited time. The help Matt gave us was pivotal in the smooth running of the event. He swept the courts, moved furniture and could not have been more accommodating in helping us ready the hall. It contributed in making our visitors who had travelled all the way from Cheshire feel comfortable. Many thanks Matt
