I found this Company on the internet on the 3rd November 2009.  I required a cine film to be converted to a DVD.   My film is approximately 30 years old and I was a bit doubtful it would convert.

After speaking to Amir he confirmed that everything would be done to get the best possible copy and that they would keep me informed of every step.

WALLA - I received my DVD today (14th November 2009) and I am pleased with the quality of it, considering its age.  I was quoted £89 on the telephone but the actual cost was only £59.

I cannot praise this Company highly enough for their speed and service in delivering my order and not to mention Amir who explained in detail the pros and cons.

To me this Company has definitely got the WOW factor.

I would like to nominate Amir and the Customer Services team at EverMedia for going beyond the call of duty to make sure that I was a satisfied customer.  The story originally began 2 years ago when I submitted some VHS tapes for conversion to AVI.  The tapes were of a round the world yacht race that I took part in between 1996 to 1997 so hold some very special memories for me.  Due to work constraints I didn't get round to editing the content on computer until the last month!  When I went through the content I found that it was missing one of the tapes which contained footage of when we raced between New Zealand and Australia.  I contacted Amir by email and he immediately responded and asked me to send in the tape that had been missed.  Without a fuss he organised for the additional content to be converted and sent back to me on DVD.  Great service.  Thank you Amir and the Evermedia team

Thank you for the way you dealt with my enquiries the disc i recieved brought back happy memories of years gone by,which could never be replaced.

My Wife and I have been very impressed with Amir, from first meeting him.

He very patiently explained the process involved in producing a DVD from our 8mm films and showed us the equipment used together with the work being carried out by his staff.

This gave us the confidence to leave with him the 24 films we had with us for converting to DVD. As I indicated my wish to edit the resulting DVD, he also offered, free of charge, a further DVD with the MPEG2 files produced before the editing into the final product by EverMedia.

All the work was completed as promised, to a very high standard. Unfortunately parts of two of the films were not included, possibly due to an equipment fault. Also due to the poor quality of the originals some of the finished product was lacking in detail. On contacting Amir he immediately offered to try to improve the detail to our satisfaction and apologised for the oversight with the two missing parts of the film.

On returning to Evermedia, Mr Azizpour, allthough obviously very busy with a delivery of equipment, spent almost an hour trying and to a high degree succeeding in improving the resultant film quality. This together with the missing film parts was delivered within the time promised, at no charge to ourselves. Whilst I obviously did not expect to pay for the missing film conversion, I was pleasantly surprised at Amirs commitment to giving us the improvement in picture quality we wanted. This being largely a matter of opinion in which Amir was in no doubt committed to the customers opinion.

I, along with others I'm sure, are dissappointed with both the lack of knowledge  and lack of customer service generally offered today, but I am pleased to say, this is not the case at Evermedia and I will recommend them to others who require their kind of service.

Throughout the process of capturing some old family films (priceless to us!)  onto electronic media, Amir and EverMedia have provided outstanding customer service.  I felt at all times as if I had their complete attention to all details of my project - I was looking for the very hghest quality output had very particular and unusual requirements which were met without fuss or bother and the results are outstanding!

When dealing with a company over the web, it makes all the difference when you are met with pleasant and attentive service as well as the important thing i.e.  good quality results!....

I shall be reccomending Evermedia to everyone I meet and for sure will be doing more work with them in the future!

I would like to nominate Amir Azizpour of Evermedia for the WOW! Customer Service Award.  I had the pleasure of working on a two part project with Amir this Fall.  As in the past, he was courteous, friendly, efficient and effective.  We have never met face to face, but Amir is the kind of person who treats your project as either his own of that of a personal friend.  

The video he produced for me and my family is still being talked about.  Thanks to his expertise and creativity he took our clips, stills, selection of songs, added compelling graphics and turned it into 12 minutes of fine entertainment that even non-family members would enjoy.

It is incredibly rare to find some one over the phone (friends had recommended him) and receive such fine customer service.  We will be going back to EverMedia and will recommend them to others.

 We recently worked with EverMedia again on a project.  This time it was the production of a video invitation for our son's bar mitzvah followed by a video show to present on the evening of the party.  Amir Azizpour was as great to work with as the last time.  Professional, quick, creative, resourceful, good-natured and a sense of humour!  

The video invitation needed background music, editing, graphics, sound augmentation, etc. and Amir handled it ALL with grace and ease.  This was most appreciated as we were on a tight schedule.

Then he produced the video which got rave reviews.  Again, he took on all of the challenges - dealing with scanning material, editing, waiting for express packages of material, finding the right music, graphics, synchronizing it all so that the final product would be seamless and entertaining.  He came through 110%.

All of this with a smile, working late at night, over the weekend and always trying to do the best job possible.  Handling last minute changes (and there were a few!) with the best attitude.

Luckily, we have another child so we know we'll be coming back to Amir and Evermedia!

I had some very old super 8mm cine films of family holidays etc. Sent them to EverMedia for converting to DVD. The service provided was top class, excellent communications and the end product fantastic. I would not hesitate in recommending them to family and friends.

Having found various possible agents on the internet who might be able to transfer my 8mm films to DVD, I phoned some, including EverMedia.  Two were really helpful, one being Amir Azipour, and the EverMedia service was closer to my needs so I decided to go with them.

The procedure was straightforward but I had some queries and therefor spoke to Amir again -- and subsequently once again on a detail.  The quality of his attention was exceptionally: he was intelligent and insightful, know his product inside out, inspired unqualified conviction in his confidence and was friendly and pleasant.

The whole transaction went very smoothly, the result was highly professional and we had numerous friendly email exchanges.  Amir took pains to discuss the implications of the recent postal disruption and to suggest a solution.

Now it's all over I'm only sorry I've no more films to send them so that I could have the pleasure of dealing with such a firm and such a person again!

I recently contacted Evermedia over some slides they converted to dvd format for me with a separate bmp file of the pictures which they undertook at least 5 years ago.  I had lost the bmp files meaning that I was unable to load the pictures onto my pc.  However, Amir through some pretty extraordinary research traced the original work and, free of charge, mailed me a new cd with some of the pictures on.  Alas, the ones I really needed were nowhere to be found, other than on the dvd, meaning I couldn't extract them.

After much thinking out of the box (and obviously giving up a signifcant part of his leisure time!), Amir came up with a solution which enabled me to acess the pictures from the dvd, download them to my pc and, at long last, send copies to my friends in New Zealand who had by now started to doubt the existence of some of the allegedly "hilarious" holiday pictures taken in 1998..........

I really can't praise the level of service this company and Amir in particular gave us.  I am going through another batch of ancient slides left by my dad and I've no doubt I'll be using Evermedia when I finally sort them out.

My order was complicated.  We live in Italy, I wanted the finished slide-digital conversions sent to Ireland (where I was going to spend my holidays) and I was travelling for work in other European countries all through the period that the work was being done.  Amir stayed in contact by whatever means I specified (email, SMS or telephone) to ensure that there were no delays and that everything was done exactly as I wanted.  He was always flexible, extremely helpful and cheerful.  It was a very pleasant and stress-free experience that I would happily repeat!

Through the past year I have sent batches of old mounted slides, unmounted slides,colour filmstrip (mostly from East Africa from  early the 1960s through 1980s) and black and white negatives (from the 1950s) for conversion to .jpegs. The results have been consistently better than I dared hope - given how some of the material had aged and suffered from dust and heat (e.g. unmounted material seeming-to-me hopelessly stuck to its translucent envelope). The .jpegs were faithful to the originals, and  when the originals  (and therefore the .jpegs) had colour casts and/or over-exposed skies (as in many African views) and/or were originally over- or under-exposed, I found I could correct them to my satisfaction in Photoshop - often thereby producing pictures that to me seemed better than the original ones.

After discussion with Amir I chose to work from my own experience of the contents of my pictures to repair and/or clone over scratches, dust-spots and film-degradation patches (e.g. distinguishing and not degrading wrinkles in sails, spots on faces, sparkle, glitter and  shadow in waves, as I made my corrections).

Amir was always responded to my emails and 'phone calls very promptly and constructively.

In conclusion, I recommend Evermedia very highly.

I recently sent a batch of 35mm colour slides taken in Aden in 1964 with an old Pax Junior camera to EverMedia to be digitised and placed on a CD.  The results are excellent.  When one considers the age of the original pictures the results are doubly amazing, they look as though they were taken yesterday with a modern digital camera.

The service was also very swift and nearly half the price of other online competitors.

i asked Evermedia to convert some very old slides to digital format for me so that I could include them in a show for my parents 40th wedding anniversary.  I asked them if it was possible to get them to me within a week as i needed them and they managed to do this with about 5 days to spare at no extra cost and just after christmas!  Excellent service!

Ten days prior to my husbands 60^th birthday I thought it would be a nice idea to have a Memory lane of photos put on to DVD but did not have great hopes at such short notice, until my neighbor recommended EverMedia who went out of their way to be helpful to such an extent that Amir let me use his office desk to spread out my many photos (as my husband works from home) he offered lots of constructive advice and set them very appropriately to the music I provided. He also communicated with me by txt at all times. Amir has arranged for some cine film to be transfered to not only dvd but also to video - the latter so that my elderly Aunt can view.

I was abroad when the product was ready and not able to pay immediately, so I asked Amir to hold onto the product and I'd pay on my return.

Amir wasd quite happy to dispatch both a dvd to m y home address and the video to my Aunt and that it would be ok for me to pay on my return.

This is excellent customer service and the video has given myAunt (87 years old and widowed) very much pleasure, as she had never seen this particular film of her wedding before!

I have lots of film still to be put onto dvd and I wouldn't go anywhere else other than to Evermedia to get the job done.

I have over 100 video tapes made by members of my family over a period of 25 years that I have been worried have been fading in quality through age and will not be playable on the media of the future.I therefore needed to find a way to preserve these priceless memories. Searching the internet for ideas as to how best to do this, I came across Ever Media who offer a variety of different competitively priced alternatives for digitising and thus preserving tapes like mine. Ever Media are not the only company that offer this type of service. However, after I spoke to their Customer Services Manager, Amir Azizpour, I was convinced that Ever Media was the best company to use and this has turned out to be the case. Following a suggestion from Amir, they have put all my tapes on a Media Player that plugs directly into my television. This is incredibly convenient and I am delighted with the quality of the images, some of which are many years old. At my request, they have also made DVDs of all my tapes and the quality of these is also very good. Throughout the processs, Amir has been readily available on the telephone to answer my questions. He has also made a number of extremely helpful suggestions and everything he has offered to do he has done and done within the time period promised.

What has particularly impressed me about Amir and his colleagues it that they thought about my order, about how it might be more in my interest to change it slightly, then telephoned to give me a choice.  I ended with a better result, for less money.  That's what I call Customer Service!

I had some very precious 40 year old half frame slides which were very dark, two of which I had never been able to view.They were of my daughter who is now celebrating her 40th. also in the pictures is her father who died about a year later after the pictures were taken. This series is a surprise for her birthday and Mr Azizpour kindly got them to me ASAP so that I could give them to her. I was very very impressed by his courtesy, kindness and professionalism and the excellent work done on the photos to put them onto a cd-rom. I am delighted by the result. Within the last 10 days, EverMedia has been providing support for a personal project, which involved copying 3 photos and several 35mm slides to CD in JPEG format. It was a rush job, so required EverMedia's express service (2 working days), for which a moderate additional fee is charged. Probably not a big deal, in the context of EverMedia's wider business.

From the outset Evermedia's responses have been first class. An initial enquiry via the EM website was handled within a few hours, instructions were clear, and following the delivery of my photos/slides, a CD was provided to me by EM within the agreed timescale.

However, there appeared to be a fault on the CD which made it unreadable on my computer. This prompted me to talk to someone in the Technical Department, who very helpfully guided me through various checks, which appeared to clarify that the problem was disc related. The same day I received the complete set of JPEG images from EM via SendSpace.com, and the next day a new CD was delivered which worked perfectly. Throughout the process, I received a number of helpful emails from Amir Azizpour, Customer Services Manager ,who kept me fully in the loop.

My recommendation based on the WOW factor is that I was just a small customer with a trivial order who received outstanding service. With this kind of attention to detail, prompt and friendly responses, and perfect images (which were all that I hoped for), EverMedia deserves success and recognition.

I have completed a large project with Amir's help over a period of 4 months, involving approx 1,500 old photos and slides being copied and digitised onto a Media Player as well as approx 120 hours of old camcorder tapes etc. Every step of the way he has advised me on the best type of Media Player, how to catalogue my data etc. I have travelled to his studio works in Cheshire from Cambridgeshire to meet and discuss the project and meet his staff.He and they were very helpful and friendly and the end results were perfect.I can recommend his services to anyone contemplating such a similar project - without hesitation.As you can imagine, parting with family photos and film can be nerve-wracking but his service is very secure.

We had three separate home videos that we needed some help with which were very important to us,we wanted them transfering onto dvd which we were unable to do ourselves.

The most recent was our sons wedding video which was very shaky and evermedia did a wonderful job on it as they did with the other two.

Evermedia knew that we only wanted one copy of each of these dvd's and therefor there would be very little profit in it for them, nevertheless they were extremely helpful and put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our total satisfaction.

We would strongly recommend them to anybody and we have no hesitation in recommending them for a WOW award.
